This Regulation applies to the registration of the title to every parcel of land in the Province, including land owned by the Crown, unless the parcel of land is excepted from the operation of the Land Titles Act. It provides for requirements, fees and other matters related to registration.

These Regulations prescribe the criteria for assessing tariffs and fees prescribed under the Land Titles Act. The Regulations also set the values of the fees in the attached schedule.

This Decree amends the Native Lands Act by replacing in the Act and all subsidiary legislation made under the Act the word "native" with the word "i Taukei". It also inserts a new section (1A), which provides that all written laws (of Fiji) are to be changed by deleting all references to "native" and inserting therefor the word "i Taukei".

The present Regulation is enacted under the Agricultural Service Board Act. In particular, Schedule A contains the form for land registration pursuant to section 12(3) of the afore-mentioned Act and Schedule B the form for land registration implementing section 15(1). La presente Resolución aprueba el procedimiento para la actualización de los títulos de propiedad y su inscripción en los registros de la propiedad, cuando existan errores u omisiones relativos a los elementos de la descripción y tasación, no se establezcan las medidas y linderos, o sea necesaria su rectificación o ajuste; se realicen acciones constructivas internas que modifiquen la descripción de la vivienda; y no coincida la realidad física con la reflejada en el título de propiedad.

La présente ordonnance règle:a) l’organisation de la tenue du registre foncier; b) la structure, le contenu et les effets juridiques du registre foncier; c) les communications et les transactions électroniques avec l’office du registre foncier; d) la procédure à suivre pour l’inscription, la modification et la radiation des droits réels immobiliers, de même que celle pour l’inscription, la modification et la radiation des annotations et des mentions; e) la délivrance des renseignements et la consultation du registre foncier.

The present Regulation enacts the Real Property Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to fees charged under the Real Property Act and the Registry Act. For the purpose of the Regulation “value of the land” means the market value of the land concerned, together with all buildings and other improvements on the land or interest in the land being dealt with at the time of presentation for registration.

The present Regulations enact section 25 of the Environmental Protection Act. The Regulations lays down provisions relating to the request of environmental records review. For the purpose of the present Act “environmental records review” means a review of the records maintained or held by the Department respecting a principal property and associated properties listed in an application; and “property” means a parcel of land in the province that has a property identification number assigned by the Provincial Treasury. The text consists of 3 sections and 1 Schedule.

Le présent arrêté du Gouvernement flamand fixe le règlement flamand relatif à l’assainissement du sol et à la protection du sol. L’article 2 établit que les valeurs guides pour la qualité du sol, visées à l'article 3, paragraphe 2 du susdit Décret ont fixées à l'annexe II, jointe au présent décret. Le troisième titre intitulé «Assainissement du sol»est le titre plus important de l’arrêté.

The present Regulation enacts section 385 of the Land Title Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the registration of land titles and the payment of fees thereof.
