Regional Law No. 608-119 “On methodology of calculation of lease fees for public land”.

This Regional Law establishes that amount of lease fee, fixed by land lease contract, shall be established in accordance with the present methodology in accordance with annual lease fee calculation formula set forth by the Regional Government. The amount of land lease fee shall be fixed within two percent of cadastre values of land plots allotted on lease.

This Regional Law regulates transfer of agricultural land parcels in ownership to gardeners, vegetable growers and subsistence farmers, and to non-commercial associations thereof, out of stock of public and municipal land, except for cases of transfer free of charge envisaged by the national legislation. Buy-out price shall be fixed at 20 percent of cadastre value for agricultural land and 10 percent of cadastre value for urban land.

La presente Ley establece el marco normativo al que deberá ajustarse el funcionamiento de los catastros territoriales pertenecientes a las distintas jurisdicciones del país. Asimismo, crea el Consejo Federal del Catastro, el que estará integrado por todos los catastros de las provincias y de la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires.

Article 25.2 of the Federal Law No. 122-FZ on state registration of immovable property and its transactions shall acquire a new wording: “The grounds for the state registration of the ownership right to a plot of land shall be: (a) deed on allotment of a plot of land; (b) land certificate attesting the right of citizen to a plot of land; (c) vidimus issued by the local self-government (if the plot of land has been allotted for subsidiary small-holding); (d) any other certificate attesting the right of citizen to a plot of land”. This Law establishes legal grounds and the modalities of state registration of immovable property and restrictions (encumbrances) imposed thereon, and also transactions on the national territory and state protection of registered rights and restrictions (encumbrances) imposed on immovable property and transactions therewith. This Law shall be applicable, inter alia, to state registration of the plots of land, plots of subsoil and forests (Art. 3).

Federal Law No. 122-FZ on state registration of immovable property and its transactions shall be supplemented with item 7 granting the right to the beneficiary under will to register ownership right to a plot of land upon presentation of land ownership certificate to the aforesaid plot of land of the previous owner. In the Federal Law No. 66-FZ on farming, gardening, housing non-profit-making associations the wording “allotted plots of land for farming and gardening” shall be substituted with the wording “plots of land for farming and gardening granted in ownership.”

This Ordinance makes provision for the establishment of the Land Commission, defines its functions and powers and provides for the allocation of land by the Land Commission to residents and former residents of Pitcairn, Henderson, Ducie and Oeno Islands and the imposition of an annual land tax.The Lands Commission shall identify, mark and register all usable land on Pitcairn Island.

This Act amends the Registered Land Act with respect to a wide variety of matters including: general powers of the Registrar, registration of land and land registers, execution of instruments and other legal acts that may bring about a change in legal status of a real property. Some provisions concern lost or missing information in registers, evidence of legal status of a property for purposes of registration by the Registrar and registration of properties in the name of private owners of lands that were vested in the Crown by default during the cadastral survey.

This Legislative decree is composed of seven Titles divided in 92 articles. It defines principles and rules related to land use of both public and private bodies. Land is considered to have a socio-economic and ecological function and therefore it must be used in a sustainable manner. The Decree rules on public and private domain and provides land classification. Particular attention is paid to regulate land sale, rent and concession. Finally, the Decree provides for a land register.
