This Order establishes the requirements for legalization of state cadastre registration of the plots of land. Application for state cadastre registration shall contain the following requisites: (a) applicant data, including full name of the organization submitting request for cadastre registration of land plot; (b) rightholder and transferee; (c) application text in Russian; and (d) description of land plot, existing cadastre number thereof and, in case of absence thereof, reference number of land ownership certificate. Annex 1 contains application form.

This Order establishes subdivision of the territory of the Russian Federation into 89 cadastre districts assigns numbers thereto and validates cadastre mapping of the national territory. It also entitles the Federal Land Cadastre Service with the task of keeping state land cadastre of cadastre districts.

This Regulation establishes the modalities of the issuance of extract from state land cadastre in the form of cadastre map land plot. The purpose of the aforesaid cadastre map shall be to establish the boundaries of land plots on location and for graphic representation (mapping) of newly formed parts of land plots. Annex 1 contains the form of cadastre map.

This Regulation establishes the modalities of inventory of previously registered land plots, maps and location of land plots. The list of previously registered land plots shall include: (a) land plots with assigned cadastre numbers; and (b) land plots without cadastre numbers. For the purpose of the identification of land plots subject to insertion in the inventory list of cadastre district shall be consulted and analysed the following documents: (a) land register; (b) register of cadastre numbers; and (c) list of payers of land tax and rent.

El presente Acuerdo crea el Consejo superior institucional con la competencia de formular, coordinar y dictar las políticas relacionadas con la propiedad rural, supervisar la preparación del Proyecto de Ordenamiento de la propiedad y asegurar la coordinación interinstitucional que garantice una implementación efectiva.

Ce décret modifie le décret portant organisation de la conservation de la propriété foncière, notamment l'article 14 auquel est ajouté le texte suivant: "La direction du contrôle des travaux d'inscription et de rédaction est dirigée par un cadre avec rang et avantages de directeur général d'administration centrale ou de directeur d'administration centrale.

These Rules: (A) amend the Land Registration Rules 1925 to allow applications to register dealings with registered land to be lodged electronically following the issue of a notice by the Registrar, which can be issued once the Registrar is satisfied that appropriate arrangements are in place in relation to specified types of application.

The Decision provides for the institution of the Sub-institute in the Northern part of the country, its functions in land cadastre registration, land use planning, allocation ,mapping and managing.

The Premier decrees that the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade is a federal executive body authorized to carry out functions as regards elaboration of state policy and normative and legal regulation in the sphere of economic development, international trade, internal trade, management of federal property, management of material reserve and cadastre of immovables.

The Premier decrees that the Federal Agency on Management of State Property is federal executive body authorized to carry out functions on management of state property, including land relations, functions regarding rendering state services and law enforcement functions in the sphere of property relations. The Federal Agency on Management of State Property is under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade.

Le présent décret fixe les modalités d'application des dispositions de l'article 55 du Code des ports maritimes de commerce et notamment les conditions d'occupation temporaire du domaine public des ports maritimes de commerce. Une autorisation d'occupation temporaire doit être délivrée par le président -directeur général de l'office de la marine amrchande et des ports sur proposition du directeur du port concerné.

Le présent décret fixe les modalités de la tenue du registre des droits réels grevant les constructions, ouvrages et équipement fixes édifiés sur le domaine public des ports de pêches.
