This Order establishes that calculation of land area in condominiums and the establishment of boundaries thereof shall be carried out for the purpose of land use planning, establishment of land shares in common property, efficient use of urban land , taxation and state registration of immovable property. Land area in condominiums shall be ascertained in the process of elaboration and mapping of the boundaries of condominium in accordance with land use planning documentation. The Order contains calculation formula.

This Order establishes that uniform state land cadastre shall represent common state multipurpose and multilevel system containing reliable data on natural, economic and legal state of land in the Russian Federation, including objects of cadastre registration.

Proclamation to Provide for the Registration of Land and Other Immovable Property (No. 95/1997).

This Proclamation makes provision for the registration of land and other immovable property. It provides for the establishment of a Cadastral Office, for the registration of all land, rights over land and duties that emanate from such rights, and the transfer of property through sales, donation, succession or other manner. The registration system shall use the application forms and certificate pursuant to Legal Notice No. 31/1997. On the basis of the abovementioned documentation, the Cadastral Office shall keep a map or plan that clearly shows parcel features and boundaries.

These Regulations are formulated in order to execute the national primary policy of the rational utilization of land and protecting the farmland, carry out the restriction of land use, to control the total amount of land use for construction. Conversion of land from agriculture use to construction use is strictly controlled. The province shall implement a registration system in accordance with the Law. The Measures are formulated according to the Land Administration Law and its implementing regulations. The Land Administration Law shall regulate the right of use the state owned land or the collective land. The right of uses the forestry or grassland should be regulated according to the Forestry Law or the Grassland Law. The province shall implement a registration system in accordance with the Law, the use of state owned land must apply for the certificate of state owned land use. The local government shall compile the comprehensive land use plans.

These Regulations, which supersede the Land Registration (Conduct of Business) Regulations 1997, make amendments to the acts of the Registrar which may be done by a legally qualified registrar, called the Solicitor to HM Land Registry, or, during a vacancy in the office of, or in the absence of, the Solicitor to HM Land Registry, by another legally qualified registrar (called the Acting Solicitor to HM Land Registry).

These Rules prescribe the procedure to be followed in proceedings before the Registrar appointed under the Land Registration Act, 1925. Part I imports the Overriding Objective contained in Rule 1.1 of the Civil Procedure Rules 1998 and requires the Registrar, with the assistance of the parties, to seek to give effect to that objective throughout the proceedings.Part II deals with all cases where the Registrar has decided to conduct a hearing. Rule 3 requires him to notify the parties of his intention and to provide guidance relating to evidence and procedure.

This Order declares the local government district of North Down and the remaining part of the local government district of Ards to be compulsory registration areas under the Land Registration (Northern Ireland) Act 1970. The local government district of North Down and the whole of each of the wards listed in the Schedule will become compulsory registration areas upon the commencement of this Order on 1st May 2000. The type of property transaction which triggers a compulsory registration within those areas is defined by entry 2 of Schedule 2 to the aforesaid Act.
