La presente Resolución tiene por objeto aprobar los programas y aplicaciones informáticas para la consulta telemática de la información catastral y la obtención de certificados catastrales telemáticos por parte de las administraciones, instituciones, titulares catastrales e interesados.

La presente Ley establece el procedimiento especial para la adjudicación gratuita de la propiedad colectiva de tierras tradicionalmente ocupadas por los pueblos y comunidades indígenas que no están dentro de las comarcas.

Section 3 of the Deeds Registries Act 1937 is amended so as to provide for the continued registration of any registrable transaction concerning a right originally acquired in terms of specified repealed legislation. Section 16D prescribes, despite the specified repeal, that a right originally acquired in terms of or under the repealed Act, shall be transferred in accordance with the legislation which created that right.

This Act makes provision for ownership rights in buildings which are divided in sections and in part owned in common ownership. It defines ownership and real rights in or over parts of buildings and land and provides for registration of title to ownership or other real rights in or over such parts. A developer who intends to establish a development scheme must follow procedures as set out in this Act.

The purpose of the present Law is to enforce the directive 2007/2/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 March 2007 establishing an Infrastructure for Spatial Information in the European Community (INSPIRE). In particular, the Law provides the legal framework for the development and operation of a spatial data infrastructure system in the Land Berlin as part of the national spatial data infrastructure.

Where immovable property, a real right in immovable property, a bond or a notarial bond: (a) is registered in the name of a person who has married since the registration took place; (b) is registered in the name of a person who on the date of the registration was married out of community of property or whose marriage was on that date governed by the law of another country, and whose marriage was subsequently dissolved by death or, divorce; (c) forms an asset in a joint estate and was registered in the name of the husband only; or (d) is registered in the name of a person who on the date of

“Director” now means the Director of the department responsible for land" (sect. 1). Section 3, here repealed, concerned the appointment of the Director of Land Records. Consequentially, a reference in any other Act or instrument to the Director of Lands Records shall be to be a reference to the Director of the department responsible for land. The new section 32B empowers the Minister to extend the term of a lease of public land that is less than 75 years to 75 years, subject to fulfilment of certain conditions.

This Order specifies fees for Land Registration Act 2002 and the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002. Other provisions concern, among other things, land valuation matters, method of payment and exemptions from fees.

This Regional Law establishes that plots of agricultural land within the boundaries of inhabited areas and destined for agricultural production, free of constructions and edifices, allotted on lease on condition of permanent (open-ended) land tenure as a result of renewal of lease contract or renewal of the right of hereditary possession of such land with the right of lease can be purchased in ownership by lease holder at the cost of 15 percent of cadastre value of such plots of land.

The present Regulations enact the Land Registration Act. The Regulations lay down provisions relating to land registration. The text – consisting of 32 sections – deals, amongst others, with the following aspects: definitions, property online, prescribed forms, document submission requirements, submitting documents electronically, creation of legal description on subdivision, amendment of legal description and parcel register on subdivision or condominium unit creation, parcel register and prescribed contracts.
