This Act regulates forestry activity. It consists of 14 Chapters specifying authorized activities to be performed by public and private entities in order to protect national forests. It also establishes national administration competencies and actions to be carried out by the Government of Cape Verde for managing forestry resources. This Act provides with respect to local government and local authority (i.e. a District Assembly, Town Assembly, Municipal Assembly or City Assembly) in Malawi. For the administration of local government, there shall be local government areas as set out in the First Schedule. This Schedule may be modified by the Minister. For every local government area there shall be an Assembly. An Assembly shall have certain powers with respect to land. Sometimes the consent of the Minister responsible land is required for dealings in land by an Assembly.

This Act provides rules relative to the carrying out of excavations, quarrying of mines and landfill operations and the control of such activities affecting the soil and landscape. The Act also provides for the protection of trees in certain circumstances.The Minister is charged with the responsibility of regulating excavation, landfill operations, quarrying, mining and harvesting of protected trees in The Bahamas, for the purpose of providing for and ensuring the conservation and maintenance of the environment.

This Law establishes legal basis for carrying out either foreign or local investments end ensuring their protection. The purpose of the Law is to establish legal basis for promotion of investments. Investments are all types of property and intellectual values and rights invested and used in entrepreneurial activity on the territory of Georgia for the purpose of making profit. Such values can be land, land tenancy, the right to use natural resources (including concession) and licences.

La presente Ley contiene el Código Rural, el cual constituye el conjunto ordenado y sistemático de las normas administrativas, reglamentarias, de policía y jurisdiccionales de aplicación en el orden rural. Fija asimismo las normas que rigen el ejercicio, los derechos y obligaciones derivados de la actividad rural en cualquiera de sus especializaciones. El libro I se refiere a las personas rurales.

This Act makes provision, in 22 Chapters, for the management and conservation of forest resources of Liberia, defines ownership rights and other rights in forests, provides for the protection of the environment and wildlife in forests, regulates the trade in forest products and provides for various other matters relative to forestry and wildlife.Chapter 2 defines rights in forest resources in Liberia and grants the right to the Forestry Development Authority to lease out forestry land.

La presente Ley tiene por objeto establecer las acciones, normas y procedimientos para la prevención y lucha contra incendios en áreas rurales y forestales, tanto en bosques nativos como de cultivo, en el territorio de la Provincia de Jujuy. En este marco, la Ley prevé la elaboración del Mapa de Zonificación y del Plan Anual de Prevención y Lucha contra Incendios en Areas Rurales y Forestales; asimismo crea el Fondo de Prevención de Incendios.

This Act, which is composed of 124 articles, regulates the use of agricultural land, their protection, marketing and leasing, agricultural operations and common pastures. Provisions of this Act apply mutatis mutandis to forests, unless otherwise provided by law. For these provisions agricultural land means land that is suitable for agricultural production, other than building land and water and land for other purposes. The agricultural land includes all land abandoned, not designated as forest under the Forest Act.

This Act regulates interventions in matter of soil and forest conservation and management for the following purposes: (a) improvement of productive and social potential of existing forests; (b) protection of the environment and hydrogeological resources; (c) promotion of agro-forestry and sylvo-pastoralism in mountain areas; (d) improvement of quality life of communities concerned.

The present Law implements the Federal Land Parcel Act (BGBl. I p. 1091) of 28 July 1961. Article 1 establishes that the sale of land up to a size of 0.25 hectare does not require any authorization according to the aforementioned Federal Act. The text consists of 2 articles.
