El presente Decreto aprueba el Reglamento a la Ley de Catastro Nacional, que tiene bajo su competencia la ejecución y mantenimiento del catastro y la creación de un registro catastral mediante los procedimientos técnicos y tecnológicos de que disponga, y tendrá a cargo la función de calificación e inscripción de planos de agrimensura.

The Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture is composed of five articles and two Annexes. It sets out rules on the certification of fertilizers, soil additive substances and cultivating substrates. Requests for certification of fertilizers must be submitted to the Central Agricultural Control and Test Institute, according to the form specified in Annex 1. Annex 2 specifies indicators of quality of fertilizers, soil additive substances and cultivating substrates.

This Notice provides for the assignment of powers and duties vested in the Minister of Water Affairs and Forestry under the National Forests Act, 1998 to SANParks.

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to sewage sludge. The soil on which for the first time sewage sludge is applied has to be classified according to Annex A laying down soil suitability according to certain classes. Moreover, the soil on which sewage sludge is to be applied must be previously analyzed as to its composition. Seven Annexes are enclosed.

La présente ordonnance met en exécution, entre autres, l’ordonnance fédérale du 1er juillet 1998 sur les atteintes portées aux sols (OSol). Notamment, l’ordonnance fixe l'organisation et les compétences des services de l'administration dans le domaine de la protection des sols contre les atteintes. Le texte comprend 15 articles répartis en 4 sections comme suit: Dispositions générales (1er); Atteintes chimiques et biologiques (2); Atteintes physiques (3); Dispositions finales (4).

This Regulation lays down provisions on the analysis of agricultural land indicators. In particular, it makes provision on the analysis to be carried out periodically, especially with respect to soil fertility data in order to select the appropriate agrotechnological measures to increase fertility. The analysis fees shall be approved by the Minister of Agriculture and Food and paid by the owner or the lawful possessor of the agricultural land.

This Regulation provides for the establishment of the institutions that shall be responsible for agricultural land protection and regulates their composition and responsibilities. The Regulation is composed of the following Chapters: (I) State Committee of Land Protection; (II) State Inspectorate of Land Protection; (III) Regional Committee of Land Protection; (IV) Regional Inspectorate of Land Protection; (V) Final Provisions.

This Decree contains rules relative to the quality of works in the field of soil management and conservation and the professional integrity of the persons that carry out such works. The aim of the Decree is to streamline and improve previous legislation, to strengthen the decision-making capacity of local authorities in the field of soil management and conservation and to secure legality and improve the quality of professionals in this field.

Le présent décret a pour objet de fixer les conditions et les modalités d'organisation des compétitions sportives pratiquées sur la plage. Les compétitions sportives objet du présent décret sont organisées sur les plages dûment autorisées conformément au plan d'aménagement des plages. Elles doivent se dérouler dans des zones aménagées et balisées à cet effet, et doivent répondre à la nature de la discipline sportive objet de la compétition.
