En el marco de la Estrategia Decenal de la Convención de las Naciones Unidas de Lucha Contra la Desertificación y la Sequía (E-10/CNULD), Guinea Ecuatorial aprobó el presente Programa de Acción Nacional de Lucha Contra la Desertificación y Sequía (PAN-LCD). Se trata de un instrumento programático de alcance nacional y relativo al período 2016-2025, cuya meta es lograr que Guinea Ecuatorial tenga las capacidades y condiciones necesarias para manejar las tierras de una manera sostenible que contribuya a aumentar la productividad y las funciones de los ecosistemas.

This Regulation sets the rules aimed to define the necessary procedures for the reclamation of disturbed areas situated on the agricultural land (also agricultural, forestry and other similar activities) which needs a restoration of the above mentioned damaged areas, in order to improve the landscape and its quality in terms of soil and arable and/or usable land layer (provisions also determining the use of the humus layer; deeper layers, which after the processing, are suitable for development of vegetation: examples such as nontoxic clay and sands, loess clay, loam, weathered and smashed

The Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, which is composed of 12 articles and five Annexes, establishes rules on: types of fertilizers; composition, packaging, hazardous elements and their limit values for individual groups of fertilizers and allowed offsets and limit values for farming fertilizers; taking samples of fertilizers; analytical methods for testing fertilizers and vegetable (biological) tests of fertilizers. Types of fertilizers, soil additive substances and cultivating substrates subject to certification procedures are listed in Annex 1.

This Act amends the Integrated Coastal Management Act, 2008 with respect to a wide variety of matters including composition coastal public property, access fees, purposes for which coastal public property is established, reclamation of land by public authorities for state infrastructure and other purposes, the declaration of state-owned land as coastal public property, establishment of coastal management lines for protection purposes, award of coastal use permits on coastal public property and unlawful structures on coastal public property.

Cet arrêté ministériel fixe les registres pour les producteurs et utilisateurs, en exécution de l'arrêté du Gouvernement flamand du 26 mai 2000 portant exécution de certains articles du décret du 23 janvier 1991 relatif à la protection de l'environnement contre la pollution due aux engrais.

The aim of this Act is to protect "agricultural land reserves", as established under the Agricultural Land Commission Act. It is based upon a basic prohibition to either remove soil or bring any material onto agricultural land reserves, unless accompanied by a local authority permit, or by the written approval of the Provincial Agricultural Land Commission (sect. 2). The remaining sections deal with application fees (sect. 4); permits (sect. 5); suspension and cancellation of permits (sect. 6); enforcement (sects. 8 and 9); offences (sect. 10); regulations (sect. 11).

This Act restricts the use of public lands set aside for agricultural purposes to citizens of the Northern Mariana Islands and US nationals so as to prevent large-scale commercial exploitation of such lands which are scarce.Such lands as are leased or its use is permitted in accordance with the provisions of this Act and shall be developed in accordance with their most appropriate use or uses, i.e. either agricultural, aquacultural, maricultural, or animal husbandry.

This Act inserts a new section 9A to the principal Act endowing in the Crown all land that is (i) foreshore and seabed within the coastal marine area (within the meaning of the Resource Management Act 1991); or (ii) was foreshore, seabed or both, within the coastal marine area (within the meaning of that Act) on the 1st day of October 1991, and has been reclaimed (whether lawfully or otherwise) on or after that date and which is for the time being vested in the Crown, but not set aside for any public purpose or owned by anybody.

El presente Decreto aprueba el Reglamento de la Ley que reconoce los derechos posesorios y regula la titulación de predios en las zonas costeras y el territorio insular, que tiene como objetivo establecer el conjunto de normas y procedimientos con el propósito de cumplir las acciones de reconocimiento de derechos posesorios y la titulación de predios ubicados dentro de los bienes patrimoniales de la nación, tierras baldías nacionales, zona costera y territorio insular.

These Regulations implement Commission Regulation (EC) No 1122/2009, which establishes cross-compliance requirements under Council Regulation (EC) No 73/2009. They set out the requirements for farmers claiming subsidy under the single payment scheme. The requirements are set out in Schedule 1. Schedule 2 lists exceptions from those requirements.

This Act provides for the protection of the tenant cultivator's rights from any abuse or prevarication by the landowner. It prescribes the right of the tenant to be the first one informed about the sale of the paddy land he/she is cultivating, it forbids unlawful eviction from the cultivated land, it provides for the payment of rent and the exemption from payment in case paddy land has not been cultivated or has not produced any agricultural commodities for force majeure.
