The present Law lays down provisions relating to the Agricultural Chamber of Saarland being under the control of the Ministry for the Environment. Article 2 establishes that the Chamber shall promote agriculture in the interest of the public well-being and represent its interests.
La presente Ley regula la concertación de arrendamiento de terrenos rurales y dispone que no será valido ningún contrato de arrendamiento en el cual no conste la aprobación de la Secretaría de Estado de Agricultura.
Section 2 allows the Minister to grant leases on the foreshore in the public interest. "Foreshore" means the bed and shore, below the line of high water of ordinary or medium tides, of the sea and of every tidal river and tidal estuary and of every channel, creek and bay of the sea or of any such river or estuary. Every lease shall contain prescribed clauses or covenants as listed in section 2.
This Act vests the ownership of the foreshore and sea-bed in the Crown, subject to the public rights of: (a) navigation and fishing, and (b) of passing over the foreshore, and to any private rights that may exist in or over the foreshore or the sea-bed. The Minister may by notice, after consultation with landowners, designate a foreshore of an island or islet or any part thereof. No person shall remove from a designated foreshore any sand, gravel, reef mud, coral, rock or other like substance without first having obtained from the Chief Lands Officer a licence for that purpose.

The Act provides for soil conservation and livestock control. It harmonizes soil conservation activities in agriculture, livestock management and proper management of water resources. The Act contains provisions on range management and grazing control for communities to manage range resources in a sustainable manner, guaranteeing equal access.The Act applies to agricultural land, i.e. land utilised for the purpose of the growing of crops or the grazing of livestock.
The Ordinance provides for planning projects in order to improve the use of lands, their redistribution, the erection of infrastructures and further advance the development of urban areas.

La susdit loi porte la réglementation relative au camping. L’article 1er établit qu’il est considéré comme terrain de camping public toute propriété mise publiquement à la disposition des campeurs ou occupée en fait et d'une manière habituelle par des groupes de campeurs. En outre, l’ouverture ou le maintien d'un terrain de camping public est soumis à une autorisation écrite du Membre du Gouvernement ayant dans ses attributions le tourisme, le médecin-inspecteur compétent entendu en son avis. This Act provides rules for the survey of land in Botswana and makes provision for the appointment of the Director of Surveys and Lands, for the establishment of the Land Surveyors' Board and for the recognition of land surveyors and the control of their activities. The Act consists of 47 sections divided into 8 Parts.The Director of Surveys and Lands shall supervise and control the survey and charting of land for purposes of registration in the Deeds Registry and carry out other tasks imposed on him or her under this Act. The Land Surveyors' Board shall examine potential land surveyors.
This Law regulates all building and land use management in Israel, and establishes a framework for environmental planning. National, regional and local bodies are established to provide for land use planning on all levels: A National Board, chaired by the Minister of the Interior is responsible for overall planning in Israel. The Board's responsibilities include enacting a National Outline Scheme that sets out a framework for planning on a national scale and advising the Government on matters of planning.
This Act establishes Sanitary Code in order to regulate environmental sector and food quality standards. It consists of 101 articles regulating all matters related to the protection of human health, controls to be carried out on land use plannings (urban and agricultural lands), water and soil pollution control, food quality in order to avoid food contamination, etc. It also establishes controls to be carried out on water quality standards, water discharge and solid residues disposal, veterinary procedures for detecting animal diseases, etc.
