These Rules make minor amendments to the Land Titles Act. Rule 54 dealing with fees payable to the registrars has been substituted and also the Schedule has been replaced.

This Ministerial Decree establishes that allocation of the plots of land destined for setting up and extension of protected areas of the national and local significance shall be carried out in accordance with the programmes of development of the system of protected areas and ecological networks and natural and scientific substantiation. Land allocation decisions shall be made by provincial administration and local self-government.

This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of allotment, in case of availability, of land for housing free of charge. Allotment of land for housing shall be carried out in accordance with general land-use planning schemes. Objects of allotment shall be plots of land located in inhabited areas that can be conceded in ownership. Dimensions of the plots of land for housing shall be determined by the local self-government.

The present Ordinance implements the Law on improvement of soil and agricultural buildings (Soil Improvement Law) of 2 May 1988. Article 1 establishes that the Department of Internal Affairs and Economics and the Agriculture Office are the competent authorities in the Canton responsible for the enforcement of the aforementioned Law. En outre, elle donne son avis sur les projets d'ouvrages et d'aménagements qui touchent sensiblement l'aspect des paysages et des sites. Le texte comprend 12 articles.

This Joint Decree creates the Permanent Technical Committee of Bengo for the coastal zone management (POOC). It establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned institution entitled to carry out controls and to perform coastal zone management.

The present Ordinance implements the Introductory Law relating to the federal rural soil legislation of 1 May 1994 and the Introductory Law relating to the federal rural soil legislation of 1 May 1994. In particular, the Ordinance establishes the competent offices in charge of the enactment of provisions relating to rural soil and agricultural lease. The text consists of 6 articles.

The present Ordinance implements the Upper Austria Land Use Planning Law 1994 (No. 114/1993). The Ordinance lays down provisions relating to land use plans subject to environmental impact assessment. However, article 2 establishes that such plans shall only be subject to an environment impact assessment, if they are likely to have significant environmental impacts. The text consists of 3 articles.

This Decision approves the adjusted master plan on the construction of Bo Y international border-gate economic zone.The plan shall include: the development of agriculture, forestry and fishery; the development of water supply infrastructures; the building of wastewater treatment stations; the management and use of land.

This Decision approves the master plan on the socio-economic development of Ba Ria-Vung Tau province.The plan aims at developing Ba Ria-Vung Tau into an industrial province strong in marine economy with a system of national and international commercial ports, and into an industrial, touristic and fisheries centre of the region. The socio-economic development shall be achieved on the basis of protecting, regenerating and enriching marine, forest, land and water resources, protecting the environment, particularly ecological and marine.
