This Resolution is composed of 4 articles. According to the Natural Protection Law of 8 July 1939, this Resolution classifies the zone of Ballo Biatara, located in the Tannoreen-Province of Northern Lebanon, as a natural area subjected to the protection of the Ministry of Environment (art. 1). The Ministry of Environment will define the requirements and conditions for the issuance of licences to work in the aforementioned zone (art. 3).

The Ministerial Decree establishes that classification of land as protected area shall be the competence of the Government. Land use planning project with a view of land classification as protected area at the local level shall be submitted for approval to the territorial environmental, agricultural and land institutions. Expropriation of the plots of land destined for the annexation to protected areas shall be carried out in accordance with the land legislation. Land reservation for protected areas shall be carried out in accordance with the decision by the head of local administration.

La presente Resolución establece el procedimiento para tramitar los ofrecimientos de primera opción de compra de terrenos a la Autoridad Nacional del Ambiente, cuando se localicen en el Sistema Nacional de Áreas Protegidas (SINAP).

Section 18 of the Agriculture Act 1986 gives the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food power to designate areas in England as environmentally sensitive areas where it appears to him particularly desirable to conserve, protect or enhance environmental features in those areas by the maintenance or adoption of particular agricultural methods. This Order designates areas in the Broads, Pennine Dales, Somerset Levels and Moors, South Downs and West Penwith as environmentally sensitive areas (art. 3).

There is hereby established a Ngorongoro Pastoral Council. The Council shall carry out the functions as provided for by its act of constitution as set out in the Schedule. The Council shall, for purposes of development in the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, have the power to develop and plan for implementation of any project and to submit such proposal to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area Authority.

This Council of Ministers Resolution approves the Land use Planning of Coastal zone of Sado-Sines with the purpose of a better exploitation of water and land resources, in compliance with the environmental preservation. This Decree establishes that restrictions of economic activities in protected areas are envisaged in legislation on protected areas.

Les articles suivants du susdit règlement sont modifiés: L'article 2 contenant les diverses zones du plan d'aménagement global; l'article 3 sur la zone non-aedificandi; l'article 4 traitant la zone d'activité économique sud; l'article 5 sur la zone verte. Après l'article 10, il est ajouté un article 10a concernant la zone d'activité économique nord. Le règlement est composé par 2 articles et 1 annexe portant le plan d'aménagement global, Haff Réimech.

The present Regulation lays down provisions relating to the subdivision of land. Section 2 establishes that a person proposting to subdivide private land within a provincial park shall apply to the Director of Parks. The present Act implements the Conservation Districts Act (C-175). In particular, it refers to section 3 dealing with the Conservation Districts Commission.Subject to the approval of the Commission are: a) drainage improvement, development and maintenance; b) flood control; c) soil conservation; d) water conservation; e) recreation development; and f) such other programmes of resource conservation and development as the board may deem.
