La presente Resolución aprueba las características y contenido de los formatos del Certificado Negativo de Zona Catastrada y del de Constancia de Inexistencia de Posesiones Informales en predios sujetos a Actos de Disposición efectuados por Comunidades Campesinas, definidos por el Organismo de Formalización de la Propiedad Informal (COFOPRI).

This Presidential Decree approves the mid-term Development Plan 2009-2013 for the Province of Huíla (in the Annex). The above mentioned Plan specifies the projects prescribed by the General Budget of 2012 under the Development Programme of this Province. Moreover, this Plan establishes priority projects to be assessed and eventually implemented and treated in coordination with the executive central services.

This Regional Law regulates the issues of once-only allotment of public or municipal land plots free of charge to citizens with three or more children for subsidiary smallholding and horticulture. It shall be applicable to persons having three or more children under 18 years of age and residing on the regional territory. Minimum agricultural land area for once-only free of charge allotment shall be 0,02 – 0,06 ha, and maximum agricultural land area for once-only free of charge allotment shall be 0,1 – 2,5 ha.

This Regional Law regulates the issues of allotment of public or municipal land to multi-child families in ownership free of charge for housing construction, country housing construction and subsidiary small-holding. It shall be applicable to families with three and more dependent children. The aforesaid plots of land shall be selected out of stock of available land in accordance with land-use planning documentation. The aforesaid plots of land shall be allotted to a family as common indivisible property.

This Regional Law envisages cases and establishes the modalities of allotment in ownership free of charge public and municipal land to citizens for subsistence farming and housing construction, and also establishes dimensions of land area authorized for allotment.

Article 5 shall be amended to add the following wording: "Expropriation of agricultural land plots in case of non-purposeful use thereof shall be performed in accordance with Civil Code, Land Code of the Russian Federation and Federal Law "On turnover of agricultural land".

This Law regulates relations concerning ownership, land tenure, and disposal of agricultural land. It establishes terms and conditions for allotment of plots of agricultural land pertaining to state and municipal property, and also the modalities of expropriation thereof in regional and municipal ownership. Agricultural land shall be used exclusively for agricultural production. Privatization of agricultural land, pertaining to regional of municipal property, shall be authorizeв 49 years after entry into force of this Regional Law, except for distant (outrun) pastures.

La presente Ley establece el régimen relativo al Catastro Territorial de la Provincia de Misiones, el cual reúne, ordena, verifica y registra datos relativos a los objetos territoriales legales existentes en la Provincia. La Ley establece disposiciones detalladas en materia de registro parcelario.

La presente Ley se aplica a todas las personas físicas y jurídicas que, por sí o por interpósita persona, posean tierras rurales, sea para usos o producciones agropecuarias, forestales, turísticas u otros usos, en el territorio de la República Argentina.

La presente Ley establece la presunción de que el Estado es poseedor de los inmuebles de su propiedad y declara imprescriptibles los bienes inmuebles de dominio privado estatal.

Article 2 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Regional state executive body shall have preferential terms for purchase of agricultural land plots in accordance with the federal legislation on turnover of agricultural land”.
