The Irrigation Division (Villages) Law (Cap. 342) empowers the District Officer to form Irrigation Divisions. The present Regulations provide for the operation and maintenance of irrigation works for the supply of water to the proprietors of land in the Irrigation Division “Leibadi-Apokofto”, Kaminaria Village, Region of Limmasol.

The present Regulations provide for the operation and maintenance of irrigation works for the supply of water to the proprietors of land in the Irrigation Division "Monarka", Zoopigi Village, Region of Limmasol.

Ce décret modifie l'annexe du décret nº 94-1139 du 26 décembre 1994 définissant les territoires ruraux de développement prioritaires, en ajoutant la liste de ces territoires pour le département de la Guyane.

La partie initale contient la définition de certains termes comme, par exemple, "unité de gros bétail", "prairies semi-naturelles", "banque de données de la Mestbank", "strate jaune verte de la banque de données de la Mestbank", "strate verte de la banque de données de la Mestbank", "prairie intensive dans la strate verte", etc. Le texte est formé par 12 articles répartis en 4 chapitres dont les plus importants sont: Les inventaires spatiaux digitaux (II); Règles de fertilisation pour certaines terres arables figurant dans la strate verte et la strate jaune verte (III).

Ce décret fixe le régime juridique de la mise en valeur des ressources foncières, végétales, hydrauliques et animales. Il comprend 53 articles répartis en 3 chapitres, à savoir: Dispositions générales (I); De la mise en valeur des ressources rurales, portant dispositions relatives aux terres agricoles, aux ressources pastorales, resources végétales, hydrauliques et animales (II); Du contrôle et de la sanction de la mise en valeur (III). Une annexe fixe la liste des actions positives et négatives en faveur de la gestion des ressources naturelles dans le cadre de la mise en valeur.

Ce décret fixe le statut des terroirs d'attache, c'est à dire de ces unités territoriales déterminées ou reconnues par les coutumes et/ou les textes en vigueur à l'intérieur desquelles vivent habituellement pendant la majeure partie de l'année des pasteurs, et auxquelles ils restent attachés lorsqu'ils se déplacent que ce soit à l'occasion de la transhumance, du nomadisme ou des migrations. Le décret indique les droits des pasteurs sur leurs terroirs d'attache et les espaces pastoraux ainsi que les modalités d'exercice du droit d'usage commun.

This Resolution of the Council of Ministers regulates the Urbanization Plan of Évora (3rd Revision). It consists of 5 sections concerning this Regulation specifying the aforementioned Plan (PUE), which aim is to regulate all activities relevant with occupation, use and transformation of urban and agricultural land of Évora area.

El presente Reglamento, que consta de 3 capítulos y 15 artículos, tiene como objeto regular el procedimiento a seguir y los derechos y deberes de las partes, mediadores, asesores y representantes en el tramite de mediación institucional establecido en la Ley Nº 278, Ley sobre propiedad reformada urbana y agraria de 1997. Por tratarse de procesos de mediación institucional, administrados por la Oficina Nacional de Mediación, todo proceso de mediación se llevara a cabo en las instalaciones que disponga la mencionada Oficina y con mediadores certificados por ésta.

El presente Reglamento, que consta de 3 capítulos y 13 artículos, tiene como objeto regular aspectos administrativos y reglamentarios de los procesos arbitrales establecidos en la Ley Nº 278, Ley sobre propiedad reformada urbana y agraria de 1997. La Corte Suprema de Justicia, a través de la Oficina Nacional de Arbitraje, será la institución a cargo de la administración de los procesos arbitrales.

The State Treasury validates amendments and additions No. 4 to the Regulation of the State Treasury No. 29 of 1995 regarding the application of the Law "On royalties for the use of land" according to the Annex. This document has been previously approved by the Ministry of Finance and by the State Committee on Land Resources and Land Survey. Regulation 1 is modified as follows: paragraph 5 is supplemented with point 25.

This Order regards the Law "On royalties for the use of land". Paragraph 1, point 1 acquires a new wording. It reads as follows: "owners of small private enterprises are exempted from payment of the land tax because of the substitution of the land tax, federal, regional and local royalties for the use of land by a unitary production tax for a given period of time. Owners of the small private enterprises, however, have the right to choose the form of the taxation system."

This Order regards Article 26 of the Law "On royalties for the use of land". The new wording of this Article reads as follows: "Managerial boards of the farming, gardening ,housing and breeding cooperative societies must submit calculations of the land taxes to the Treasury's district inspections, on which territory the plots of land are located, and pay the royalties for the use of land to the budget of the local administration before the issuing of landownership certificates to their members.
