Ce décret porte application de l'ordonnance qui établit le régime foncier et domanial en Mauritanie.
Le but de présent règlement est de réglementer le traitement et l'élimination des boues d'épuration ainsi que leur utilisation en agriculture de manière à éviter des effets nocifs sur les sols, la végétation, les animaux et l'homme, tout en encourageant leur utilisation correcte. Est soumise à autorisation préalable du Ministre de l'Aménagement du Territoire et de l'Environnement l'utilisation des boues sur les sols forestiers et à une distance de moins de 30 mètres des lisières forestières.
The present Regulation implements the Agricultural Tile Drainage Installation Act (R.S.O. 1990, Chapter A.14). In particular, it lays down the terms and conditions required to install drainage works. Furthermore, it establishes classes for machine operators. The text consists of 16 sections.

This Regulation, composed of eight sections and two Annexes, gives definitions and makes provisions for the issuing of pasturing licenses. Section 1 gives name to this Order. Section 2 gives definitions. Section 3 makes provisions for the issuing of a Pasturing License and/or a Pasturing Plate that shall have value equal to a Pasturing license. Sections 4-6 set License or Plate validity till 31 December of the current year and provides with renewal procedures including taxes and levies.
The Government of the Russian Federation, in connection with the enactment of Land Code of the RSFSR decrees to invalidate the Ministerial Decrees of the RSFSR (in accordance with the Annex 1) and to amend the Ministerial Decrees (in accordance with the Annex 2).

The second extraordinary Congress of People's Deputies, for the purpose of the revival of the Russian rural area and the formation of the qualitatively new social and economic conditions for the solution of food-producing and food supply, decrees as follows : 1) To approve on the whole the Program elaborated by the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR and by the Council of Ministers of the RSFSR.
This Law concerns the use of agricultural farmland in Bulgaria. Agricultural land shall be the property of citizens, the State, municipalities, cooperative enterprises and other legal persons. Political parties and other bodies with a political aim shall, foreign countries, foreign legal persons and legal persons with foreign legal participation shall not be able to own agricultural lands.
The Decree establishes that: 1). Landlord property rights are abolished immediately without any compensation. 2). Landlord country property, as well as other appanage land, monastic land and ecclesiastical land with all agricultural implements, livestock, manor houses and equipment are transferred to the disposal of the Provincial Land Commissions and the District Soviets of Peasant Deputies till the settlement of the land issue by the Constituent Assembly. 3).
