El presente Decreto Supremo aprueba la Estrategia Nacional de Lucha contra la Desertificación y la Sequía (ENLCDS), un instrumento de gestión multisectorial, de alcance nacional cuyo objetivo general es el de prevenir y reducir la desertificación, la degradación de la tierra y el impacto de la sequía en el territorio nacional, considerando un horizonte de planificación de 15 años (2016-2030).

This Act provides for the continuation of the Provincial Agricultural Land Commission as a government corporation appointed by the Lieutenant Governor in Council (LGC) (sect. 2). Its principal objects and powers are to preserve agricultural land, encourage the establishment and maintenance of farms, assist local government in the preparation of land reserve plans required under this Act, encourage the support of farm use of agricultural land generally. It has the power to designate agricultural land reserves for the above purposes (sect. 11).

This Act gives the power to "regional and district managers" to grant rights over Crown range in the form of grazing licences, grazing permits, temporary grazing permits, hay cutting licences and hay cutting permits (sect. 3). Crown range means land included within the boundaries of a range district as established under this Act, but does not include land that is subject to a lease issued under the Land Act (sect. 1). Procedures for applications and fees are spelled out in sections 10-19. Section 14(1) and 14(2) deal with direct awards of licences or permits.

This Proclamation concerns rural land use payment payable by farmers, investors and enterprises for rural land used for agricultural activities and tax payable by farmers on income from agricultural activities in the Oromia Region. Rural land use payment shall be paid for all rural land owned legally. Any rural land held for agricultural activities by a farmer whether cultivated or not is subjected to rural land use payment except for damages beyond his or her control.

These Measures are formulated in accordance with the Land Administration Law of the People’s Republic of China, aiming to implement planning management on lands used for construction projects. The Measures consists of 21 Articles divided into 5 chapters: General Provisions (I); Formulation and issuance of land use plan (II); Administration of land use planning (III); Supervision and inspection on land use planning (IV); Supplementary Provisions (V). 　The Measures provide for the procedures and requirements for the formulation and approval of land use plans for construction.

The present Law establishes the legal basis for transfer of land into ownership of citizens for agricultural production in conformity of the provisions of land reform. Public land can be transferred into ownership exclusively to the Turkmenistan nationals. Foreign citizens or stateless persons can have access to land resources on condition of lease (art. 2) Land can be transferred into ownership to the households of peasants’ associations for agricultural production.

La presente Ley tiene por objeto combatir la dispersión de los asentamientos humanos, acercar los servicios básicos a un mayor número de personas que habitan en las zonas rurales, así como propiciar las condiciones que permitan el desarrollo económico sustentable y las actividades productivas propias de la región, elevar la calidad de vida y los índices de desarrollo humano.

La présente ordonnance est édictée en execution de la loi fédérale du 22 juin 1979 sur l'aménagement du territoire. Le chapitre introductif définit les différentes activités auxquelles s'applique le texte, c'est-à-dire: toutes les activités qui modifient l'utilisation du sol ou l'occupation du territoire, y compris celles qui visent au maintien du status quo. L'ordonnance s'applique uniquement aux activités des autorités officielles dont une description détaillée est fournie à l'article 1.

La presente Resolución aprueba el Reglamento de Inscripciones del Registro de predios, regula los requisitos para la inscripción de los diferentes actos o derechos en el Registro de predios, las formalidades de los documentos que dan mérito a las inscripciones, el contenido de los asientos registrales y los procedimientos previstos en otras normas de carácter registral.

This Law establishes the creation and management of five regional governmental administration bodies (State Administration North Jutland; State Administration Mid-Jutland; State Administration of Southern Denmark; State Administration Sealand; and State Administration for Greater Copenhagen), each of these being headed by a Director who holds responsibility for public administration in accordance with Interior and Health Minister's activities.This Law consits of 5 Chapters: Establishment, management, etc.

This Act is to provide for the reservation of certain State lands as pasture land. The Minister may by Order published in the Gazette declare any State land to be reserved as pasture land (sect. 2). There are provisions regarding the power of entry and inspection of the Land Commissioner (sect. 7) and offences and penalties under this Act (sect. 9). The Land Commissioner may lease pasture land to persons engaged in the business of livestock breeding and to those who have the capacity to manage and develop such pasture land (sect. 3).

Le présent arrêté ministériel instaure un régime de paiement unique établissant certains régimes d'aide pour agriculteurs e porte application de la conditionnalité pour ce qui concerne la mise en oeuvre des compétences partagées en vue d'une identification commune d'agriculteurs, d'exploitations et de terres agricoles dans le cadre de la politique relative aux engrais et de la politique de l'agriculture. L’article 3 établit que les parcelles sur lesquelles les mesures agri-environnementales, visées à l'annexe Ire, sont demandées, doivent être déclarées séparément dans la demande unique.
