The present Ordinance enforces the Planning and Building Law of 3 July 1978 and the Law on water, soil and waste (Water, Soil, Waste Law) of 4 March 2009.The text consists of 56 articles divided into 3 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Special provisions (2); Final provisions (3).

El presente Decreto Supremo tiene por objeto normar la transferencia del Catastro Rural del Organismo de Formalización de la Propiedad Informal (COFOPRI) al Ministerio de Agricultura y Riego (MINAGRI), y determinar los procedimientos y servicios de los Gobiernos Regionales en materia de Catastro Rural.

This Decree rules in detail the proceedings of elimination of common properties of land created as a result of post-socialist land allocation procedure. The purpose of this Decree is the re-allocation of portions of land and the creation of usable land parcels. These proceedings, in general, requires new surveys, mapping, land valuation, correction of cadastral data and new real estate registration.

La presente Resolución aprueba la Relación de los Procedimientos Administrativos derivados del Decreto Legislativo y su reglamento que establece el Régimen Temporal Extraordinario de Formalización y Titulación de Predios Rurales, a cargo de las Direcciones Regionales de Agricultura o de los órganos que hacen sus veces en esa materia, vinculados a la función específica en materia agraria de los Gobiernos Regionales.

El presente Reglamento de Avalúos del Instituto Nacional de Vivienda y Urbanismo (INVU), tiene la finalidad de establecer las condiciones y términos que rigen la relación jurídica entre el INVU y los profesionales internos y externos contratados para realizar avalúos, como también su responsabilidad.

El presente Decreto aprueba el Reglamento a la Ley que tiene como objetivo su correcta aplicación para la preservación del uso de los terrenos dedicados a actividades de producción primaria agropecuaria, ya sea que estén inscritos o no en el Registro Inmobiliario, mediante una adecuada valoración para los efectos del cálculo del Impuesto sobre Bienes Inmuebles, en la que el uso del suelo y la producción serán factores determinantes para definir la base imponible del impuesto.

This Order amends the Partition Act in section 14(1) so as to amend the monetary jurisdictional level of Resident Magistrates Courts. Section 14 defines jurisdiction that may be exercised by any Resident Magistrate’s Court. Such jurisdiction is limited by a maximum amount of the value of the property in question.

This Order amends the Settled Land Act in section 54(8) so as to amend the monetary jurisdictional level of Resident Magistrates Courts. Section 54 defines jurisdiction that may be exercised by any Resident Magistrate’s Court. Such jurisdiction is limited by a maximum amount of the value of land, capital money or personal chattels to be dealt with in the Court.

The present Ordinance implements the Federal Act of 5 October 2007 on spatial information. In particular, the Ordinance implements and completes the Federal Act on spatial-information. Moreover the Ordinance provides a basis for a comprehensive spatial information system. The text consists of 35 articles divided into 7 chapters as follows: General provisions (1);Organization (2); Geo-data catalogue , spatial information system (3); Register of public ownership restrictions (4); Official land survey (5); Financing and fees (6); Transitional and final provisions (7).

The present Ordinance implements the Building Act of 11 December 2008. In particular, the Ordinance regulates: a) zoning, land use planning; b) legal building requirements; c) building permission and notification procedures; d) data to be collected for building statistics; e) fees. The text consists of 70 articles divided into 6 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Planing rights (II); Building rights (III); Final provisions (VI). Four Annexes are enclosed.

These Regulations, consisting of 15 sections divided into four Parts and completed by one Schedule, regulates administrative and legal proceedings related to the certification of land title. Where an application is made for a certificate of title for the whole or part of the land the subject of any existing certificate or certificates of title the Registrar may, if the Registrar thinks fit, instead of creating the certificate of title so applied for, create and register a certificate of title for each lot or location or for any number of lots or locations included in that land.
