The present Law guarantees voluntary choice and setting up by persons that have the right to be allotted land share and property share pertaining to the property of kolkhozes, sovkhozes, inter-economic and other agricultural enterprises economic entities (enterprises) of any organizational and legal form. The Law consists of 4 Sections that contain 25 articles. Section 1 (arts. 1-8) lays down general provisions. Section 2 (arts. 9-12) regards property issues and privatization of property. Section 3 (arts. 13-22) regards setting up agricultural enterprises of various types. Section 4 (arts.

Transfer of the plots of land for subsidiary small-holding, suburban small-holding, gardening and individual housing on condition of private property must be carried out in accordance with Federal, Regional land legislation and the present Regional Law. Plots of land allocated to citizens on condition of ownership, open-ended (permanent) tenancy by the date of entry into force of the present Regional Law must be transferred free-of-charge to citizens within the limits established by the local self-government.

This Act amends the Title by Registration Act by inserting two sections on the delegation of functions by the Registrar of Titles.

This Act directs the Registrar of Titles to make a new register of titles for Dominica. This Act applies only in cases where certificates of title which were registered in the old register have been destroyed. The Act contains rules relative to (application for) registration and evidence of title. The Act also provides for the lodging of caveats for the establishment of interests in land other than freehold and certain leaseholds.

This Act amends the Registration and Records Act by repealing and replacing the Schedule specifying fees in relation with services regarding registration and recording of deeds and other official documents.

The President, for the purpose of increasing the amount of state and municipal property to be sold for vouchers, decrees that vouchers can be used for the purchase of the plots of land in accordance with the established modalities.

This Act contains rules relating to revision of registers of lands. In accordance with section 3, the Ruler in Council is entitled to declare any area falling within the State of Kelantan to be a Settlement Area. Such declaration shall be notified in the Gazette. Persons interested may appear to submit their claims: section 4 regulates in particular recording of claims; section 16 concerns appeals to the District Officer and, as the case may be, to the High Court. The Act consists of 17 sections.

This Act establishes the basic framework for ownership, concession and use of agricultural land of the People's Republic of Angola. It consists of 7 chapters defining all the issues related with the land basic legislation, such as: General Provisions (Chap. 1); Land classification (2); Licensing (3); Transmission and rescission of land use right (4); Registration (5); Administration Powers (6); Final Provisions (7).

This Law determines the main principles of realisation of the constitutional right of the Russian nationals to housing facilities in the new social and economic conditions and determines the general bases of legal regulation of housing relationship in the making of new forms of property and right of use of immovable property in the sphere of housing.

This Act amends the Land Development Ordinance 1935 which aimed to provide for the systematic development and alienation of State Land in Sri Lanka. Under the amendements, the Government Agent shall not recover any fee for the registration of a permit (sect. 2). Every grant on which land is to be alienated shall contain the extent and description of the boundaries of such land.

This Act amends the Land Development Ordinance that regulates the alienation of State Land. There are provisions relating to the power of the Land Commissioner to set aside selectons of persons for alienation of State Land as well as seizure and sale of land by prescribed institutions. Permits may be cancelled unless the conditions and provisions of the permit are observed.
