This Act provides with respect to local government and local authority (i.e. a District Assembly, Town Assembly, Municipal Assembly or City Assembly) in Malawi. For the administration of local government, there shall be local government areas as set out in the First Schedule. This Schedule may be modified by the Minister. For every local government area there shall be an Assembly. An Assembly shall have certain powers with respect to land. Sometimes the consent of the Minister responsible land is required for dealings in land by an Assembly.

La presente Ley tiene por objeto propiciar el desarrollo sustentable, la preservación y restauración del equilibrio ecológico, así como regular las acciones tendientes a proteger el ambiente en el Estado de Guanajuato. En este sentido la Ley establece los principios de la política ambiental en el Estado y los instrumentos para su aplicación. Se reconoce el derecho de toda persona a vivir en un medio ambiente adecuado para su desarrollo, salud y bienestar.La Ley se compone de seis Títulos.

This Law amends certain provisions part of the Law declaring the western part of the island of Mljet National Park (Official Gazette 49/1960).Amendments are related to the official changes to the borders and denominations, and land coordinates.

This Law determines all necessary information, official borders and denominations for the declaration of the area of “Žumberak and Samobor”, including the areas with common boundaries.Žumberak and Samobor Mountains, with a total area of 333 square kilometers, is hereby designated as Croatian nature park "Žumberak-Samobor."

This Act extensively amends the principal Act.

Cette loi porte dispositions relatives à l'aménagement, la protection et la mise en valeur de la zone dite des cinquante pas géométriques dans les départements d'outre mer. A l'intérieur de cette zone le Préfet délimite par arrêté, d'une part les espaces urbains et les secteurs occupés par une urbanisation diffuse, d'autre part, les espaces naturels.

This Resolution is composed of 7 Chapters divided into 34 articles. Chapter I gives terms and definitions. Chapter II deals with the establishment of industrial zones, in particular: establishment and definition of industrial zones shall be carried out by a resolution of the Prime Minister; industrial zones are divided into branches industrial zones and branches into sub-branches; maps; industrial activities shall start within a year from the date of the receipt of land vouchers; and, keeping of land registers. Chapter III pertains to the exploitation of lands destined to industrial zones.

La presente Ley introduce el marco normativo relativo a todas las acciones, actividades, programas y proyectos destinados a preservar, proteger, defender, mejorar y restaurar el medio ambiente, la biodiversidad, el patrimonio genético, los recursos naturales, el patrimonio cultural y los monumentos naturales en el marco de desarrollo sustentable en la Provincia de Salta. Entre los principios de la política ambiental provincial se incluyen los siguientes: (a) principio de precaución; (b) principio de gradualismo; (c) principio de participación; (d) principio contaminador pagador.

This Federal Law establishes the legal basis for the activity in the field of designation and renaming of geographical objects and normalization, use, registration, and maintenance of the naming of geographical objects as part of historical and cultural heritage of the peoples of the Russian Federation. The document consists of 14 Articles. Article 1 introduces the main notions. Article 2 specifies national legislation in the field of denomination of geographical objects. Article 3 determines the sphere of application of this Federal Law.

Des attributions dévolues à la Région, il ressort, entre autres, la compétence de la Région en matière d'aménagement du territoire, d'environnement et de gestion des ressources naturelles.

La présente loi est formée de quatre titres: Budget (I), Charges des Régions (II), Ressources (III), Comptabilité (IV). Tout en fixant les règles générales de gestion financière et comptable de la Région, cette loi précise que l'entretien des forêts, parcs naturels, zones et sites protégés constitue une dépense obligatoire de la Région.

This Decree-Law consists of 9 articles prohibiting sand extraction, exploitation, or transport from beaches, dunes and inland waters. An authorization may be issued, under the strict control of the competent authority, only if this is activity satisfies specific requirements. It also specifies sanctions to be paid by offenders in case of non-authorized sand exploitation.
