L’article 1er établit qu’est déclaré obligatoire le plan d’occupation du sol «Structure provisoire d’accueil d’urgence pour demandeurs de protection internationale, déboutés de la procédure de protection internationale et bénéficiaires d’une protection internationale à Diekirch». This Order establishes the declaration of protected place. It specifies the place in the first column of the Schedule, more particularly described in the plan specified in the second column deposited in the office of the Surveyor-General, is hereby declared to be a protected place for the purposes of the Act.

The present Act provides for the establishment of the protected park area St. Lawrence. To this end the St. Lawrence Parks Commission is continued as a corporation without share capital under the name St. Lawrence Parks Commission in English and Commission des parcs du Saint-Lawrence in French.
These Sanitary rules and regulations shall ensure radioactive security in the process of performance of work in areas with radioactive contamination and radiation control in the aforesaid areas. State sanitary supervision related to compliance with the provisions set forth by this regulation shall be performed in accordance with the modalities envisaged by the acting legislation. Authorization for work in the area of Chernobyl atomic power station shall be issued in the presence of sanitary certificate for handling sources of ionizing radiation issued by state sanitary supervision bodies.

This Act makes provision for the protection of soil from erosion. It also provides for the conservation, protection and improvement of the soil, the vegetation and the sources and resources of the water supplies of Namibia.
The purpose of these Measures is to strengthen and regulate the activities and consolidate the achievements of restoring farmland to forest projects, to improve the ecological environment, and to ensure the economic development and income increase of farmers and herdsmen in the project areas. The Measures are composed of 25 articles. The overall plan and the annual implementation scheme on restoring farmland to forest shall be worked out by the competent forestry authority of the regional government and shall include farmland listed in article 7.
