This Regional Law transfers to the competence of local government in rural areas the following issues: (a) water supply, sewerage and heating; (b) participation in the prevention of outbreak of natural and technological disasters, and mitigation of the consequences thereof; (c) conservation and promotion of the objects of cultural heritage; (d) management of domestic waste; and (e) management of protected areas of local significance.

El presente Decreto Supremo aprueba el Plan Estratégico Institucional (PEI) 2016 - 2018 del Ministerio de Vivienda, Construcción y Saneamiento (MVCS), que constituye un instrumento que orienta la gestiona institucional y que contribuye al logro de los objetivos y metas institucionales, sectoriales y nacionales. El PEI constituye el instrumento que articula el nivel estratégico sectorial de mediano plazo con el plan operativo de corto plazo y el presupuesto anual.

La presente Ley tiene por objeto el establecimiento de los mecanismos necesarios para promover la modernización agrícola y la permanente y óptima actividad del sector.

El presente Acuerdo expide las Normas de la Autoridad Ambiental Nacional de Desertificación, Degradación de Tierras y Sequía, que establecen su estructura, conformación y competencias en orden a combatir la Desertificación, Degradación de Tierras y Sequía (DDTS) con un enfoque de manejo sostenible de la tierra.

These Measures, consisting of 32 articles, are formulated for implementing the Grassland Law of the People's Republic of China in Sichuan Province.The grasslands under collective ownership, and those under ownership by the State that are assigned to collectives according to law for long-term use, may be contracted by a household or a group of households within the collectives. El presente Decreto tiene por objeto establecer la Norma ambiental de calidad de suelos para diversos usos, a fin de proteger la salud humana y los ecosistemas, definir los niveles genéricos de referencia y los límites máximos permisibles de contaminantes químicos en el suelo, establecer los métodos a utilizar en los análisis químicos y microbiológicos y especificar los contenidos de informes preliminares de situación, de caracterización y de remediación de suelos.

El presente Decreto establece las condiciones para el cálculo del índice de ocupación en las áreas de desarrollo restringido en suelo rural, que se calculará sobre el área resultante de descontar del área bruta del predio las áreas para la localización de la infraestructura para el sistema vial principal y de transporte, las redes primarias de servicios públicos, las áreas de conservación y protección de los recursos naturales y paisajísticos y demás afectaciones del predio.

This Act empowers local authorities in England and Wales to include in their development plans policies that impose reasonable requirements regarding use for development of low-carbon energy and energy from renewable sources or meeting energy efficiency standards. Policies included by local authorities must not be inconsistent with relevant national policies (as defined).
