This Decree establishes the modalities of allotment of surface waterbodies (ponds and water-flooded pits) on lease in accordance with contracts for fishfarming purposes. Lease period of land plot on which surface waterbody is located shall correspond to lease period of surface waterbody, for the period from 5 to 25 years.
This Decree applies to arable and, exceptionally, to uncultivated lands forming part of the state-owned propriety, which are managed by the Hungarian National Land Fund Company according to the principles of land tenure policy. The Company keeps an inventory of the assets of the Fund and determines the utilization of lands.
This Decree establishes maximum permissible concentration rates of oil products (petrochemicals) in land and soil for different land and soil categories.
This Decree prescribes the procedures for exchange, transfer, lease, sublease and inheritance of land-use rights as well as mortgages and as capital contributions in the form of land-use rights. Article 3 specifies documents required for the exercise of a land-use right.
This Decree amends and supplements a number of articles of various Decrees. Amendments concern the regulation of the use of land, land prices and land use levies.
This Decree provides for property auction principles, property auction order and procedures, auctioneers, property auction organizations and for state management of property auction activities. Property shall include state property under the form of land use rights, real estate, movables and valuable papers.
This Decree establishes the modalities of calculation and payment of compensation to former owners of land and their legitimate heirs for land transferred in ownership to cities. The total amount of compensation shall be established by district (urban) bodies of State Land Service and it shall be submitted for approval to the respective urban land commission.
This Decree, consisting of 4 Chapters and 2 Annexes, regulates the Institute for Land and Agricultural Reform (ITERAL) under the State Secretariat for Agriculture, Supply and Fisheries (SEAP).
This decree amends articles 1, 2,3 and 7 of Decree No. 8803 of 2002 amended by decree No. 16456 of 2006 as the following: (a) replacement of the Map I attached to Decree No.
"The maximum number of individual lots to be granted as property should be fixed on the extent of cultivable land of a given collective farm that is subject to distribution (irrigated arable land, arable land without irrigation, vineyards, orchards)." (one article)
