This Act directs the Registrar of Titles to make a new register of titles for Dominica. This Act applies only in cases where certificates of title which were registered in the old register have been destroyed. The Act contains rules relative to (application for) registration and evidence of title.
This Act provides rules relative to the conveyancing of rights in land such as property, easements, lease and mortgages. It regulates, among other things, the contents of a deed and covenants and power of attorney.
These Rules are made under section 181 of the principal Act, and relate to the procedures to be followed in the application to the Registrar of Titles, under section 133 of the Act, for confirmation of possessory title. The model form is presented in the annexed Schedule.

The Act makes provision for town and country planning and the control of development. "Development" in this Act means "carrying out of building, engineering, mining or other operations in, over, or under land or the making of any material change in the use of any buildings or other land or the subdivision of land".
This Act makes provision with respect to transactions involving and rights inherent to settled estates i.e. land, and any estate or interest therein, which is the subject of any at, deed, agreement, will or other instrument, under or by virtue of which any land or any estate or interest in land stands limited to or in trust for any persons by way of succession.
The Act provides for the vesting of the foreshore and the floor of the sea in the State and regulates the use and control of those areas and related matters. The “floor of the sea” means the soil and subsoil of the sea off the coast of Dominica between the low-water mark and so far out to sea as is deemed by law to be within the territorial sea.
These Regulations (24 sections and 1 Schedule) are made pursuant to section 181 of the principal Act and relate to the faculty of any person who considers himself entitled to absolute ownership of any land, either in his own right or as trustee, and who is or would, but for some tenancies or incumbrances, be in actual possession of the land, to apply for a certificate of possessory title.
This Act makes provision for duties and proceedings in relation with the ending of a tenancy of a small tenement as defined in this Act.If a tenant does not leave the tenement after a notice of the landlord, the Magistrate may, on the application of the landlord, issue a summons in the form as set out in Schedule 1 to this Act.
This Act makes provision for the establishment of the Dominica Agricultural Industrial and Development Bank as a body corporate, defines its functions and powers and internal organization and establishes a Loans Committee.The Bank shall, among other things, grant loans to the agricultural sector, which includes fisheries and forestry.
This Act provides for the registration of strata titles, i.e. title in strata lots in accordance with a strata plan. The Registrar of Titles shall keep a register of strata plans and shall record therein particulars of all strata plans lodged in his office for registration pursuant to the Act.
