This Ministerial Decision establishes the new Statutes of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries. It consists of 24 articles specifying duties and competencies of the aforementioned authority, which shall be entitled to carry out different programmes within the sectors of: agriculture, land, animal, forestry, wildlife, irrigation for agricultural purposes, plant, and fisheries.
