The President of the Committee orders to validate the Instructions (Annex 1), the form of the order on the consolidation of the plots of land (Annex 2), the form of the plan of the plots of land (Annex 3), the form of the certificate of the objects of immovable property (Annexes 4, 5), the form of notification to the Managing Committee of the City Property (Annex 6), the form of notification of the district committee to the Department of State Land Cadastre (Annex 7), the form of the official memorandum of the district committee to the Department of State Control over the Use and Protection of Land (Annex 8). The Instructions consist of 3 parts. Part 1 establishes the principles of the formation of the plots of land. Part 2 determines the modalities of the inventory. Part 3 regards the modalities of valuation by the district committees on land resources and land survey of the results of the inventory of the plots of land.
