This Law is an integral part of urban construction and environmental legislation of the city of Moscow and establishes the modalities of planning, regulation and carrying out urban construction activity on the territories of natural complex of the city of Moscow. The document consists of 13 Articles. Article 1 introduces the principal concepts. Article 2 establishes the legal basis for the regulation of urban construction activity on the territories of natural complex. Article 3 regards land use planning for the territories of natural complex. Article 4 establishes conditions for the regulation of urban construction activity on the territories of natural complex. Article 5 establishes the modalities of reservation of the plots of land for projected transport main line and engineering communications. Article 6 establishes the modalities of fixing boundaries and conditions for the regulation of urban construction activity on the territories of natural complex. Article 7 regards projecting of planning of the territories of natural complex. Article 8 regards audit and concordance of the projected boundaries, conditions for the regulation of urban construction activity and projected planning of the territories of natural complex. Article 9 regards state registration of the documentation regarding regulation of urban construction activity on the territories of natural complex. Article 10 establishes requirements for the observance of the conditions for the regulation of urban construction activity on the territories of natural complex. Article 11 deals with dispute settlement. Article 12 establishes the modalities of control over urban construction activity. Article 13 establishes liability for the infringement of legislation on carrying out urban construction activity on the territories of natural complex.
