The aim of this Resolution is to regulate the rent of lands under the control of the General Authority for Fisheries Development for the establishment of aquaculture facilities. This Resolution is composed of 18 articles. The rent of uncultivated lands under the control of the Authority shall be regulated by Presidential Resolution No. 465 of 1983 (art. 1). Article 2 deals with the establishment of committees for the designation of appropriated areas for aquaculture facilities. Articles 3-7 provide for the management and for contracts of the aforementioned areas. Articles 8-12 pertain to the obligations of lessees. Article 13 deals with the revocation of contracts. Article 14 entrusts the employees of the Authority with the right to inspect and control the aquaculture facilities.
