Item 13 shall be amended to add the following wording: "13. Access to information related to land valuation and cadastre number of a plot of land recorded in state land cadastre shall be granted to all persons free of charge in accordance with the modalities established by legislation related to land cadastre."

Founded in the 12th century, the Principality of Muscovy was able to emerge from over 200 years of Mongol domination (13th-15th centuries) and to gradually conquer and absorb surrounding principalities. During the 19th century, more territorial acquisitions were made in Europe and Asia.
