The present Law implements the Hessen Polluted Sites and Soil Protection Law of 28 September 2007. In particular, the Ordinance establishes the specific competences of the various authorities and offices dealing with the subject matter. The text consists of 4 articles as follows: Competence of the lower soil protection authority (1); Higher level tasks (2); Transitional provisions (3); Entry into force, expiry (4).
