The present Law lays down provisions relating to official land valuation in the Canton Graubünden. Official estimates of land are those carried out by an Official Valuation Commissions. The text consists of 18 articles divided into 6 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Organization (2); Implementation of estimate (3); Legal remedies (4); Costs and fees (5); Final provisions (6).
