Order No. 285 of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food validating the Regulation on attribution to some areas of the status of the producers of special raw materials for infant food and food for special dietary uses.

This Order establishes that some agricultural areas can apply for the attribution of the status of the producers of special raw materials for processing of infant food and food for special dietary uses. It contains the following documentation: (a) application form for assessment of the territory for compliance with requirements set forth for areas of producers of special raw materials; (b) form of agro-ecological assessment; (c) form of the resolution of commission related to the possibility of attributing the status of the producers of special raw materials for infant food and food for special dietary uses; and application form for insertion of the producer in the register of special raw material zones.
