La presente Resolución reglamenta las estrategias de erradicación y posterradicación de cultivos ilícitos y las medidas de transición económica y social en las zonas con presencia, vulnerabilidad o amenazadas por cultivos ilícitos, en desarrollo de la Política Nacional de Consolidación y Reconstrucción Territorial, y mediante el desarrollo de programas contra cultivos ilícitos (PCI), con el propósito de restituir los derechos de las comunidades con presencia de cultivos ilícitos.

These Regulations amend the Planning (Fees) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005 in regulation 2 and Part 2 of the Schedule. They provide for a modification of fees including fees for hazardous substances consents.

These Regulations amend the Planning (Fees) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005 by, among other things: inserting a new regulation 16A to introduce an additional fixed charge for applications for planning permission requiring an environmental statement; removing fees for listed building consents, conservation area consents and demolition within an area of village or townscape character; making changes to the fee structure and fee maxima for wind turbines and wind farms.

Diredawa Administration Charter Proclamation No. 416/2004.

This Proclamation provides rules for the administration and functioning of Diredawa City, which has been accountable to and directed by the Federal Government since 1993. The Proclamation defines the objectives, functions and powers of the city administration and provides with respect to its organization. It may, among other things, set and collect land use fees and royalties for the use of forest resources in the city and levy taxes on incomes from agricultural activities in the City.

This Proclamation provides rules relative to the establishment, registration and administration of condominium and related rights. The condominium shall be administered on the basis of a unit owners association, i.e. an association established with a view to obtaining mutual benefits for unit owners other than securing or sharing of profits. Two or more unit owners associations may amalgamate by registering with the registrar the Declaration, description, by-laws and rules for the amalgamated association.
