Measures for Review and Approval of Woodlands Used for Construction Projects.

The purpose of these Measures is to standardize the review and approval of woodlands used for construction projects, strictly protect and rationally use forestland so as to promote the development of ecological forestry and livelihood forestry.The construction projects that occupy and temporarily occupy forest lands shall abide by the provisions of forestland classification management, including: (1) All types of construction projects may not use Class I protected forest land.
