The Ministry of Finance now issues guidelines for provision of credits from the State for programmes and projects for use of bare land, degraded hills, forests, alluvial flats, and water bodies within the framework of Decision 327-CT and according to duly approved annual plans: Funds from the State budget are to be provided in the form of credits for basic construction and for non-commercial economic purposes for programmes and projects for the use of bare land, degraded hills, forests, riverine and coastal alluvial flats, and water bodies.

The purpose of this Directive is to regulate the use of sewage sludge in agriculture in such a way as to prevent harmful effects on soil, vegetation, animals and man, thereby encouraging the correct use of such sewage sludge. Member States shall prohibit the use of sludge where the concentration of one or more heavy metals in the soil exceeds the limit values which they lay down in accordance with Annex I A and shall take the necessary steps to ensure that those limit values are not exceeded as a result of the use of sludge.

This Law regulates all building and land use management in Israel, and establishes a framework for environmental planning. National, regional and local bodies are established to provide for land use planning on all levels: A National Board, chaired by the Minister of the Interior is responsible for overall planning in Israel. The Board's responsibilities include enacting a National Outline Scheme that sets out a framework for planning on a national scale and advising the Government on matters of planning.

The purposes of this Act are the preservation and protection from injury or desecration of areas and objects in Australia and in Australian waters, being areas and objects that are of particular significance to Aboriginals in accordance with Aboriginal tradition.The Minister may, upon application made orally or in writing by or on behalf of an Aboriginal or a group of Aboriginals seeking the preservation or protection of a specified area from injury or desecration, make a declaration in relation to the area.
