The FAO Legal Office provides in-house counsel in accordance with the Basic Texts of the Organization, gives legal advisory services to FAO members, assists in the formulation of treaties on food and agriculture, for which the Director-General acts as Depositary, publishes legal studies and maintains a database (FAOLEX) of national legislation and international agreements concerning food and agriculture (including fisheries, forestry and water).

Cette loi porte réglementation de l'expropriation pour cause d'utilité publique, qui s'opère par autorité de justice et dont la procédure comporte 4 phases: la déclaration d'utilité publique; l'arrêté de cessibilté, lequel a pour but essentiel de déterminer les propriétés à exproprier et de donner aux intéressés la possibilité de faire valoir leurs droits et de produire leurs titres; le prononcé de l'expropriation par autorité de justice; la fixation de l'indemnité d'expropriation par une commission arbitrale.
Decreto Nº 347 - Reglamenta la Ley Nº 19.386 sobre la forma de expedir los certificados relativos a bienes comunes provenientes de la reforma agraria.
El presente Reglamento, que consta de 3 artículos, considerando que el inciso 4º de la letra a) del artículo 1º de la Ley Nº 19.386 de 19 de mayo de 1995, dispone que para la enajenación de bienes comunes provenientes de la reforma agraria se requiere contar con un certificado expendido por el Servicio Agrícola y Ganadero relacionado con la existencia del bien común y los comuneros con derechos en el mismo, reglamenta la forma de extender dichos certificados.
Law No. XLIX of 1992 concerning the use of compensation coupons for the acquisition of title to agricultural land.
The intention of the Law is to allow acquisition of title to agricultural land as compensation for property loss as a result of State intervention in the past, considering the interest in continuous agricultural development as well. Article 1 lays down deadlines for the presentation of claims for agricultural land against compensation coupons. Assignment procedures for compensation coupons are covered by Articles 2 and 3. The implementation of the Law is remitted to land redistribution commissions (art. 4). Such commissions propose auction schemes and land to be sold by auction.
Agreement on cooperation in the field of environmental protection between Hungary and Turkey.
The contracting parties propose to develop cooperation in the field of environmental protection and restoration. Priority areas are air pollution, harmonization of national, regional and international law, neutralization of wastes and recycling, protection of water quality, protection against noise and vibration, protection of biodiversity, exchange of information regarding soil conservation and energy use, protected areas and their utilization, EIA, training, exchange of information regarding the implementation of EC environmental directives.

Il est créé un établissement public dénommé "Bureau National de Pédologie et de Conservation des Sols", chargé de: l'inventaire, l'interprétation et l'évaluation des ressources nationales en sols; le choix des zones à mettre en valeur; l'analyse des échantillons des sols.
