Regulation No. 956 on the green crown of Tirana and the measures for its protection.
The Regulation delimitates the green crown of Tirana and set forth the measures taken for its protection aiming at air pollution prevention, nature conservation, protection and improvement of environmental conditions and promotion of sustainable planning based on the area development plans. The crown area and its location and mapping are further specified.

The Regulation lays down the criteria, required documentation, procedures, and types of the legalisation permit issued in cases of unlawful construction. The model application for legalisation is also specified in annex 1.

Law No. 141/2013 amending and supplementing Law No. 9482 of 2006 on legalization, urbanization, and integration of unlawful constructions.
This Law amends articles 2, 30, 45 of Law No. 9482 of 2006 on legalization, urbanization, and integration of unlawful constructions. The amendments affect the scope of law by making it applicable on unlawful constructions built after the date this law enters into force only when the legalization procedures do not require transfer of land ownership. Also, for unlawful constructions built after 2006, the Agency implements the factual assessment of terrain via digital aerial and satellite imaging converted into aerial photography.
