General Regulation – Expropriation Act (N.B. Reg. 84-11).
The present Regulation enacts the Expropriation Act. The forms set forth in Appendix A shall be used in matters dealt with in Part I of the Act; the forms set forth in Appendix B shall be used in matters dealt with in Part II of the Act. Moreover, the forms prescribed by the present Regulation may be varied to suit individual circumstances. The text consists of 7 sections and 2 Annexes.
