This Regulation implements the Land Sales Act 1984, it sets the values of fees be paid under the Act and the period for giving a “registrable instrument”. The Regulation is completed by three Schedules on: fees, period for giving a “registrable instrument” and dictionary.

Land and Resources Tribunal Rules 2000.
These rules provide for the functioning of the Land and Resources Tribunal. They provide for the starting of proceedings, hearing, procedure for attendance of witnesses and all related matters.

Land Court Act 2000.
This Act establishes and regulates the Land Court, it consists of 94 sections and is divided into six Parts. The Act also establishes a Land Appeal Court, specifies its jurisdiction and operation. Both courts are the continuance of the courts established under the Land Act 1962 and preserved in existence by the Land Act 1994 (Part 6).
Land Sales Act 1984.
This Act regulates certain sales of land, it consists of 37 sections and is divided into four Parts. The objectives of the Act are: a) to facilitate property development in Queensland; b) to protect the interests of consumers in relation to property development; and c) to ensure that proposed allotments and proposed lots are clearly identified (sect. 2). Part 2 concerns the sale of proposed allotments and Part 3 the sale of proposed lots, including provisions on the identification of land, contractual requirements and trustee’s duties.
Planning and Environment Court Rules, 1999.
This Act, consisting of 32 sections divided into four Chapters, provides for the internal rules of the Planning and Environmental Court. Provisions concern starting of proceedings (Part 1), discontinuing and withdrawing proceedings (Part 1A), hearing proceedings (Part 2), evidence (Part 3) and applications in a proceeding (Part 4). Section 28 covers appeals to Court of Appeal and there are miscellaneous provisions on forms (sect. 29) and fees (sect. 30). The Act is completed by one Schedule on dictionary.
