About Us
We envision a world in which land governance systems, both formal and informal, are effective, accessible, and responsive for all. This is possible when land tenure and property rights are recognized as critical development issues and when the United States Government and its development partners demonstrate consistent attention and a firm commitment to supporting coordinated policies and programs that clarify and strengthen the land tenure and property rights of all members of society, enabling broad-based economic growth, gender equality, reduced incidence of conflicts, enhanced food security, improved resilience to climate change, and effective natural resource management.
Mission Statement
The USAID Land Tenure and Resource Management (LTRM) Office will lead the United States Government to realize international efforts—in accordance with the U.S. Government’s Land Governance Policy—to clarify and strengthen the land tenure and property rights of all members of society—individuals, groups and legal entities, including those individuals and groups that are often marginalized, and the LTRM Office will help ensure that land governance systems are effective, accessible, and responsive. We will achieve this by testing innovative models for securing land tenure and property rights and disseminating best practice as it relates to securing land rights and improving resource governance within the USG and our development partners.

This project will enhance the capacity of rural women and smallholder farmers in Nigeria to end hunger, poverty and curb land degradation. We are teaching them how to regenerate their land resources,helping them plant and grow fruit (economic) trees, crops and vegetables for a sustainable livelihood.Seed to Wealth trains and empowers 25 beneficiaries in each selected community/corporative on sustainable land management,seedlings, beekeeping and alternative skills for enhanced economy and nature
Livestock, Livelihood and Environment Conservation

The project proposes to develop agro-forestry over the forest fringe villages reclaiming grazing lands so to provide nutrient fodder for livestock, increase income/livelihood of resource poor SC/ST/BC ruminant rearing families, reduce forest pressure/land degradation pose by overgrazing, eco-restoration, undisturbed wild animals'/tigers natural habitats etc. over the NSTR Tiger reserve areas. In nutshell balancing Livestock, Livelihood and Environment through multi-stakeholder initiatives.
PLANT 100 FRUIT TREES IN EACH SCHOOL
General
The project will serve many undernourished children from poor homes who leave during school and lunch hours to the bush to search for fruits to eat, thereby missing classes and exposing them to hazards.We are Planting 100 trees in each of the 24 public primary and secondary schools in FCT to make fruits available and protect school communities from heatwave, wind and soil erosion. It will provide basic skills to students to mitigate climate change and land degradation while increasing awareness
Planting a Forest to fight pollution in Sofia
General
Sofia is Europe's most polluted capital and World Health Organization alarmed that Bulgaria ranks second in the world in terms of deaths due to air pollution. We want to buy neglected urban land and plant an Urban Forest to restore the green passes that lead the fresh air from the mountain to the city.
Influencing Land Rights for women in Karatu.
General
The proposed project seeks to address the issue of land ownership among the poor women community in Karatu District. The project is proposing to influence CSOs, local leaders and the community in the district to address the issue. The project will be implemented for the duration of nine (9) months. TAJPI anticipates that, after successfully execution of the project women will be empowered through the promotion of human rights.
