This Law, consisting of 34 articles divided into four Chapters, creates a simplified cadastral information system. It adopts measures for the immediate identification of the land structure and the ownership of the rural and mixed lands. In addition, it creates: a) Geo-referenced graphical representation procedure; b) Special procedure of registration of rural and mixed lands omitted; c) Procedure of identification and registration of a land with no owner. The land has a unique identifier, called the land identification number (NIP).

Regulation on the performance of cadastral work at the ground level determines the content and order of cadastral work for primary registration/renovation of land boundaries, as well as other types of work. It is mandatory for persons performing cadastral work, and for persons who are competent to receive, approve, and register real estate objects.

Regulation on the content and elaboration of the documentation for the formation of real estate objects regulates the content and method of developing cadastral documentation for the formation of land plots irrespective of their specific uses, the absence or presence of constructions thereon, the formation of buildings and isolated premises, regardless of the type of property, as well as the formation of land plots of public property.

This Federal Law establishes that if land-use planning projects and land-use planning rules and regulations were drafted and examined at public hearings prior to entry into force of this Federal Law, the validation of the aforesaid rules and regulations, amendments thereto shall be performed in conformity with the acting Urban planning code and they shall be brought into conformity with requirements of Urban planning code by July 1, 2018.Information submitted to the rights registration authority on the boundaries of the protective zones of cultural heritage sites shall contain a textual and

This Regulation on the State Committee on Land Resources, Geodesy, Cartography and Land Cadastre defines its status, main tasks, functions, rights and liability, and also the procedure for operation thereof. State Committee on Land Resources, Geodesy, Cartography and Land Cadastre shall be a body of public administration in the sphere of land relations, geodesy, cartography and state cadastres.

Article 6 establishes that geodetic and cartographic products created by municipalities for the state shall be owned by the state, while geodetic and cartographic work created by municipalities for its own use shall be owned by municipalities. Article 9 establishes the competence of ministries and state institutions in the sphere of geodetic and cartographic activities.

La présente loi fixe le cadre juridique général de l’Aménagement du Territoire national dans une perspective de développement durable. A ce titre, elle s’applique à toutes les opérations relatives à l’occupation de l’espace, à l’affectation ou à la répartition équilibrée des populations, des activités, des infrastructures, des équipements et des services sur le territoire national.

Le présent décret crée sous l’autorité du ministre chargé de l’administration du territoire, une commission nationale des frontières. La commission nationale des frontières est un organe technique chargé de formuler des propositions au Gouvernement sur toute question se rapportant aux frontières.

The present Ordinance implements the Survey Act 1968. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to conditions under which land shall be considered as altered because of ground motion. La presente Resolución modifica el Reglamento interno del Consejo Nacional de Tierras de la Autoridad Nacional de Administración de Tierras, en aspectos relacionados con la resolución de los recursos de apelación, en la condición de superior jerárquico, cuando las decisiones o resoluciones recurridas hayan sido emitidas por el Administrador General de la Autoridad.
