The paper addresses a current issue related to the agricultural land relations of the Republic of Moldova. The analysis of the current stage of situation proves the priority of the private property in the agricultural land belonging to the legal forms of organization in comparison with the areas of the leased agricultural lands. Land relations reform in agriculture aimed at the privatization of land and other agricultural goods and implementation of market land relations.

With the fast world population growing, the efficient use of land properties became of great necessity. In this context, the traditional two-dimensional (2D) cadastral management mode cannot satisfy the need of current 3D land use and 3D urban planning (Guo et al. 2014). So, developing a 3D cadastral system is a very promising solution for land administration. However, the development of such a solution can be faced to some challenged issues related to economic, legal, technical and organizational aspects. In this paper, we present some basics about the 3D cadastre in Land governance.

Land registries play a key role in protecting landholders against dispossession and promoting good governance and economic development. Effective land agencies provide efficient and accessible land registration services, transparent land information, and clear ownership records to prevent disputes. Accurate records of property rights provide a basis for delivering services such as water or electricity, levying property taxes, enforcing zoning and environmental laws, and are necessary (although not sufficient) for landholders to use their properties as collateral.

In this paper is described the Hungarian cadastral system. There is displayed some general information about the country and on the main points in the cadastral system. The organisational structure and duties of cadastre, details about the content of the cadastre and basic register units, cadastral maps, legal register and the agricultural land lease registration is presented. Finally is displayed in which cases the updates have to happen.

Preventing and resolving social dissatisfaction in spatial management in rural areas

The paper addresses the issue of dissatisfaction related to spatial management in rural areas illustrated with an example of southern Poland. In this region, the spatial structure of rural areas is poor, which results, e.g., from substantial fragmentation and scattering of land. Additionally, the Land and Property Register, also known as the real property cadastre for the area is not up to date, and fails to meet social expectations, in particular those regarding the ownership title.

Land consolidation is an implement, which allows the rearrangement of spatial structure in rural areas leading to their socioeconomic development. However, the process is costly and time consuming. The needs for land consolidation always exceed the actual possibility of its implementation, therefore it is essential to develop tools, which identify areas of high priority for such investments. Most often they are based on multi-criteria spatial analyses, which include a number of parameters defining agricultural production area.

In the broadly understood process of real estate management owners and users as well as other entities participate, inter alia, banks, courts, notaries, appraisers, managers and intermediaries in property transactions, investors, construction supervision services, and architectural and construction administrative bodies, for which up-to-date, complete information on real estate is a prerequisite for taking appropriate decisions. Since 1989, real estate, and thus information on it, has become an important element of the economic development and functioning of the State.

In article 38 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan stipulates that citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan must preserve nature and protect natural resources [1, p.3]. However, in Northern Kazakhstan, located significant areas of arable land to grow crops. We must not forget that arable land is the wealth of our country. It appears that in the world there is a shortage and the loss of arable land. However, the Land code of the Republic of Kazakhstan there is no concept of arable land.
