Le présent ordonnance simplifie et clarifie les procédures d’élaboration, de modification et de révision des documents d’urbanisme (schéma de cohérence territoriale (SCOT), plans locaux d’urbanisme (PLU) et cartes communales).Elle entre en vigueur à une date déterminée par décret en Conseil d'Etat et au plus tard le 1er janvier 2013.

Article 17 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Cadastre registration or insertion in the state cadastre of immovable property of data submitted to the body of cadastre registration as a form of information cooperation between state bodies and also in case of reception of the land-use planning map in accordance with paragraph 1 of the Article 45 of this Federal Law shall be performed within 30 days from the date of the reception of the aforesaid documentation”.

Section VII shall be amended to add the following wording: “In case that cadastre numbers have been defined in accordance with technical cadastre documentation but not assigned until 1 January 2013, they shall be considered assigned and land plots shall be considered registered in State Land Cadastre from the date of submittal of the application by the customer of land survey documentation”.

This Law sets forth the principles and procedures of valuation of areas taken out of forest area borders on behalf of the Treasury and vending of agriculture lands owned by the Treasury. The Law also sets out the principles and procedures of creation of new forest areas, replacement of forest villagers and supporting the development of replaced forest villages. The provisions of this Law covers only areas taken out of forest area borders in accordance with Article. 2 of the Law No. 6831 and covers the agriculture lands owned by the Treasury.

This Act provides rules relative to the making, registration, validity and effects of agricultural contracts. An “agricultural contract” means an agreement whereby a contractor is let into possession of a parcel of land by the owner for the purpose of bringing such parcel of land into cultivation or for the bona fide purpose of extending the cultivation on the land, in accordance with the terms of such agreement, and includes all contracts whether registered or unregistered, but shall not include any agreement relating to the cultivation of sugarcane.

The present Act is made under the James Bay and Northern Quebec Agreement. In particular, the Act deals with Category IA and Category IA-N native lands and their local administration. Category IA lands are those that were transferred from the Province of Quebec to the Government of Canada for the exclusive use and profit of the Cree bands in the James Bay region.

La présente loi règle l'application de l'ordonnance fédérale du 26 août 1998 sur l'assainissement des sites pollués (OSITES). Le Département en charge de l'environnement est l'autorité d'application de l'ordonnance susvisée. Il édicte les directives d'application et assume les tâches assignées aux cantons en matière d'assainissement des décharges et autres sites pollués. Il est compétent pour rendre les décisions de répartition des coûts d'assain.

Land Transfer Duties Act (R.S.Q., c. D-17).

The purpose of the present Act is to regulate the duties due in land transfer. The Act contains at the outset a definition clause relating to various terms employed therein such as, “consideration”, “corporation not resident in Canada”; “land”, “recreational property”, “transfer”. Section 4 establishes that every transfer made after 11 May 1976 relating to land situated in Quebec requires the transferee to pay duties at the rate of 33 per cent of the value of the consideration.
