La presente Ley crea el Bono Familiar Habitacional (BFH) como parte de la política sectorial del Ministerio de Vivienda, Construcción y Saneamiento, que se otorga por una sola vez a los beneficiarios, con criterio de utilidad pública, sin cargo de restitución por parte de éstos, y que constituye un incentivo y complemento de su ahorro, y de su esfuerzo constructor.

This Law is to set out the role of local self-government and to regulate relations between the State authorities and local self-government bodies. Local self-government bodies shall be responsible for the management of community’s property and financial resources. A community is a legal entity and disposes its property independently. This Act shall be applicable to city and rural communities. The competence of local self-government shall include: (a) land zoning and land use planning; (b) urban development and maintenance of the objects of cultural heritage.

La presente Ley tiene por objeto la adjudicación y venta de fincas o fracciones de fincas urbanas o rurales inscritas en los Registros de Propiedad a nombre del Estado a favor de familias en situación de pobreza o extrema pobreza que las ocupen. La Ley define el procedimiento administrativo a seguir, desde la solicitud hasta el traslado del dominio, especificando los requisitos con que deben cumplir las familias beneficiarias.

This Code grants every citizen the right to a favourable environment ensured by sound land use planning through: (a) state regulation of land use planning activities; (b) planning of urban land; (c) compensation for damages resulting from violation of land use planning legislation; and (d) liability.

La presente Ley tiene como objetivos: 1) armonizar y actualizar las disposiciones contenidas en la Ley Nº 9 de 1989 con las nuevas normas establecidas en la Constitución Política, la Ley Orgánica del Plan de Desarrollo, la Ley Orgánica de Areas Metropolitanas y la Ley por la que se crea el Sistema Nacional Ambiental; 2) el establecimiento de los mecanismos que permitan al municipio, en ejercicio de su autonomía, promover el ordenamiento de su territorio, el uso equitativo y racional del suelo, la preservación y defensa del patrimonio ecológico y cultural localizado en su ámbito territorial

The Urban Land (Ceiling and Regulation) Act, 1976 is hereby repealed. The repeal of this Act shall not affect: (a) the vesting of any vacant land under sub-section (3) of section 10, possession of which has been taken over by the State Government or any person duly authorized by the State Government in this behalf or by the competent authority; (b) the validity of specified orders, and ; (c) any payment made to the State Government as a condition for granting exemption under sub-section (1) of section 20.

Land legislation shall be based on the principles set out in article 3. In accordance with the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic, land may be the state, communal, private or other forms of ownership (art. 4). Article 4 also defines state lands and communal ownership. Article 5 concerns rights of foreigners to use land. Transactions with rights to a land plot shall be subject to state registration and shall not require notarization, except for the cases provided by law (art. 9). Article 10 defines the Land Fund of the Kyrgyz Republic.

La presente Ley de Catastro regula el inventario, registro y la valuación de los bienes inmuebles ubicados en el territorio del Estado de Querétaro. En particular se establecen disposiciones relativas a la integración, organización y funcionamiento del Catastro; la forma, términos y procedimientos a que se sujetarán los trabajos catastrales; y las obligaciones que en materia de catastro tienen los propietarios o poseedores de bienes inmuebles.

La presente Ley se propone, mediante los instrumentos de ordenación territorial, regular las dimensiones físicas de los asentamientos; ordenar la distribución espacial de las instalaciones productivas; fijar los núcleos de población que, por sus características y posibilidades, deban ser impulsores del desarrollo socioeconómico de una zona; y definir las áreas territoriales que, por su idoneidad actual o potencial para la explotación agrícola, forestal o ganadera, o por la riqueza paisajística o ecológica, deban ser objeto de especial protección.

La presente Ley de las Directrices de Ordenación Territorial de las Illes Balears y de Medidas Tributarias, tiene por objeto definir un modelo territorial para las Illes Balears, a través de un desarrollo equilibrado entre los diferentes ámbitos territoriales y sectoriales, una utilización sostenible en términos ambientales del suelo y de los recursos naturales, una mejor distribución en el espacio de los usos y actividades productivas, y una protección de la calidad ambiental, el paisaje, la biodiversidad y el patrimonio histórico.

The present Law regulates the modalities of setting up, functioning, liquidation of condominiums in multi-apartment residential buildings and regulates relations connected with ownership, management and disposal of common property of condominium. The plot of land owned by condominium is land area allotted to the condominium in conformity with legislation and comprises the plot of land on which condominium is situated (art. 1). Plots of land on which condominium is situated shall be considered thereto in permanent tenancy (art. 4).
