La présente loi met en exécution, entre autres, la loi fédérale du 4 octobre 1991 sur le droit foncier rural. Notamment, l’article 1er établit que la présente loi vise à définir les règles d'application de la loi fédérale au plan cantonal et à désigner les autorités compétentes. Le texte comprend 24 articles répartis en 5 chapitres comme suit: Disposition générale (1er); Règles d'application (2); Autorités (3); Voies de droit (4); Dispositions finales (5).

This Regional Law regulates land tenure and land management and establishes plenary powers of public administration in this sphere. It establishes minimum and maximum land plot areas, pertaining to public and municipal land, that can be allotted in ownership to citizens for the following purposes: (a) for farming – from 5 to 300 ha; (b) for gardening – from 0,02 to 0,50 ha; (c) for horticulture – from 0,02 to 0,50 ha; (d) for animal husbandry – from 5 to 16 ha; and (e) for countryside housing construction – from 0,04 to 0,25 ha.

La presente Ley tiene como objetivo promover la preservación del uso de los terrenos dedicados a las actividades de producción primaria agrícola y pecuaria, en los que no se tomará en cuenta, para efectos de su valoración, la infraestructura agropecuaria y agroindustrial que posea dicho inmueble, al tenor de lo dispuesto en la Ley de Impuesto sobre Bienes Inmuebles y sus reformas.

The objectives of this Act aim at setting provisions for financial support of farmers through suitable loans and assistance for investments which may protect farmers' rights and enhance their benefits.

La presente Ley provincial establece un Régimen de Protección y Fomento de los Sistemas Socioproductivos de la Agricultura Familiar, mediante políticas públicas de acceso a la tierra, al agua y demás bienes esenciales para la producción, el trabajo y la comercialización. La Ley reconoce en la agricultura familiar un factor imprescindible para el logro de la soberanía alimentaría en la Provincia de Río Negro.

This Regional Law establishes that plots of municipal land and plots of land with undelimited ownership shall be allotted to multiple children family in ownership free of charge and without sale for individual housing construction, suburban housing construction, subsidiary smallholding, farming, gardening, horticulture and stockbreeding. The aforesaid plots of land shall be allotted to families or single parents with three or more children of minority age. Minimum land area of plots of land shall be 0, 10 ha and maximum land area shall be 0, 25 ha.

This Regional Law regulates relations concerning ownership, tenure, management and disposal of agricultural land plots and agricultural land shares in common property. It establishes maximum and minimum land areas of the consolidated plots of agricultural land in case of allotment thereof out of stock of public and municipal land. Mass media shall have the duty to publish information related to turnover of the plots of agricultural land. The plots of agricultural land can be allotted to citizens for farming, grazing and haymaking, and other agricultural purposes.

This Act seeks to accelerate the growth and development of agriculture, enhance productivity and incomes of farmers and the rural population, improve investment climate and efficiency of agribusiness and develop agricultural crops as export crops.

La presente Ley dicta normas de distribución de terrenos baldíos a familias pobres del país con fines sociales y productivos, disponiendo que el Consejo Directivo del INCODER señale para cada región o zona las extensiones máximas y mínimas adjudicables de los baldíos productivos en Unidades Agrícolas Familiares.

This Act establishes the National Land Fund with the purpose of: a reasonable management of state-owned agricultural, forestry and other lands, promoting ecological agricultural production and economic efficiency, and creating a modern landed property structure based on family farms. Property rights in regard of the Fund are exercised by the Minister in charge of agriculture policy. The activity of the Fund is supervised by the State Audit Office.

La susdite loi contient des dispositions sur: a. l'acquisition des entreprises et des immeubles agricoles; b. l'engagement des immeubles agricoles; c. le partage des entreprises agricoles et le morcellement des immeubles agricoles.

L'article 1er du 1er chapitre établit que la présente loi s'applique au bail: a) Des immeubles affectés à l'agriculture; b) Des entreprises agricoles; c) Des entreprises accessoires non agricoles mais formant une unité économique avec une entreprise agricole. Le texte comprend 61 articles divisés en 6 chapitres: Le contrat de bail à ferme agricole (2); Affermage par parcelles et affermage complémentaire (3); Fermage (4); Procédure et autorités (5); Dispositions pénales (6).
