This Code of Laws, made under the Native Land Act, governs native land rights in specified islands of Tuvalu. The Code contains rules relative to land ownership rights and the limitation of such rights by the Land Court. The Code also concerns alienation of rights and the distribution of an estate inter vivos, in case of absentee owner, by will and without a will. Rules also concern exchanges of property, sale of property and use of (village and communal) land.

This Law concerns the use of agricultural farmland in Bulgaria. Agricultural land shall be the property of citizens, the State, municipalities, cooperative enterprises and other legal persons. Political parties and other bodies with a political aim shall, foreign countries, foreign legal persons and legal persons with foreign legal participation shall not be able to own agricultural lands.

The Decree establishes that: 1). Landlord property rights are abolished immediately without any compensation. 2). Landlord country property, as well as other appanage land, monastic land and ecclesiastical land with all agricultural implements, livestock, manor houses and equipment are transferred to the disposal of the Provincial Land Commissions and the District Soviets of Peasant Deputies till the settlement of the land issue by the Constituent Assembly. 3).

Ministerial Decree No. 659 of 1993 regarding validation of the Regulation on land stock-taking for the purpose of its assignment to the Russian nationals.

The Government decrees to validate the Regulation. The Government decrees that the operations regarding stocktaking must be financed through land taxes and land lease. The document consists of 8 Articles. All the categories of land are subject to stocktaking except for agricultural land. In the process of stocktaking must be elicited the following facts: 1). The Government decrees to validate the Regulation. The Federal Committee on Land Resources and Land Survey is entitled to provide for generalisation of information on purchase and sale of the plots of land and carry out the analysis of land market. This Regulation is applicable in the process of purchase and sale by the Russian nationals of the plots of land or their shares for the purpose of conducting subsidiary smallholding, gardening or individual housing. The document consists of 8 Articles.

These Regulations prescribe forms for purposes of the Real Property Tax Act. Forms of Notices are: Notice of assessment required under subsection (1) of section 7; Notice required to be published for the purposes of subsection (2) of section 7. The Regulations also prescribe: the form of the assessment lists referred to in subsection (1) of section 7 of the Act and return and the particulars to be contained in such return required under subsection (1) of section 10 of the Act.

Provisional Regulation on agrochemical inspection of soil of peasant farms.

The Regulation consists of 6 Sections dealing with the following matters: 1) general provisions (sect. 1); 2) preparatory work (sect. 2); 3) field work (sect. 3); 4) laboratory work (sect. 4); 5) mapping (sect. 5); 6) legalization and issuing of land certificates (sect. 6). The purpose of agrochemical inspection of soil of peasant farms shall have as its purpose obtaining the reliable quantitative, qualitative and land valuation data in order to fill in the State land ownership certificate for hereditary lifelong possession of the plots of land.

The Regulation consists of 3 Sections dealing with the following matters: 1) general provisions (sect. 1); 2) the modalities of calculation of preferential value of land (sect. 2); 3) the modalities of valuation of agricultural land (sect. 3). The present Regulation shall be applicable for the calculation of preferential and normative value of land transferred in private ownership for subsidiary small-holding, housing and gardening. Land charges for land transferred in private ownership shall be compulsory for all citizens.

This Model Instruction establishes that a citizen who wishes to sell a land plot of his ownership shall submit to the territorial branch of the Committee on Resources and Land Survey document attesting land ownership right (land certificate or other official land ownership act). Purchase and sale of land plots shall be authorized in the absence of land disputes and other circumstances impeding conclusion of land purchase and sale contracts.

This Regional Law establishes that the prices of plots of urban land destined for agricultural production in ownership by agricultural organizations or peasant farms allotted thereto on condition of permanent (open-ended) land tenure or as life-long hereditary possession shall be established with 15 percent reduction in relation to its cadastre value.
