Le présent décret crée et délimite un périmètre d'amélioration pastorale d'El Hadra des Sraghna (commune rurale de Maïat, cercle d'EI-Kelâa-des-Sraghna, province d'EI-Kelâa-des-Sraghna).La création de cette zone vise à limiter la dégradation des pâturages et en assurer la reconstitution en vue d’une exploitation rationnelle.Par ailleurs, les associations d’élevage constituées dans les limites de ce périmètre antérieurement à la publication de ce décret doivent être déclarés aux autorités administratives locales.

These Measures have been formulated in accordance with the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Contracting of Rural Land.

This sectoral document aims to intervene, at national level, on the deterioration of pastoral lands, recovering those already deteriorated, through an action of sustainable development and management of the Ministry of Agriculture. This Strategy uses an integrated and participatory approach, with a twin-track view to the short and long term effects on the Saudi economy, to be applied in a time period of 20 years, up to 2033.

The Act contains amendments relating to rating. The following amendments commenced on 1 January 2009: a) abolished minimum rates, (b) increased the minimum rateable area to 10 hectares, (c) made provision (as a transitional measure) for the making of rates during the 2009 calendar year.

This Regulation No. 1374 of 2008 lays down the rules and procedures for the removal, addition, and destination changes in the pastures fund. The physical or legal persons or the local government units may submit at the Ministry of Environment, Forests and Water Administration the request for the removal of certain parts from the pastures fund. The request should be accompanied by a formal notice, a copy of the permission or document that approves the activities proposed to be undertaken, and the blue print of the area. The request should be examined within 30 days of its submission.

This Regulation, made under the Afar National Regional State Rural Land Use and Administration Proclamation, concerns equal land use rights on communal holdings of the pastoralist communities and separation of communal holdings for use of the pastoralist community. Any pastoralist shall be entitled to equal land use right on communal holding. Such right shall include the right to equal distribution of grazing, water, land lease, forestry resources and any other proceeds from the communal holding.

This Act concerns the maintenance and control of stock reserves and stock routes and for the control of travelling stocks, it consists of 67 sections and is divided into eight parts. The purpose of this Regulation is to determine lands that could be used for other than agricultural purposes when needed and to determine lands of with a potential high level of agricultural production. The Regulation sets forth provisions on cadastre, land registration, actions to be taken for protection of environment, land leveling by determining all vegetative production areas including meadow and pastures, preventive measures for erosion, efficient use of lands, drainage network, land valuation and land parceling, in the field of land consolidation.
