This Act makes provision for the registration of the ownership of land, lease and other title to land, and for this, and other purposes, establishes the Land Registry.

This Instruction deals with the criteria for the granting of leases for pastures and meadows by local authorities and lays down rules for the use of such agricultural land by leaseholders.
The purpose of the present Ordinance is to regulate the cultivation and management of alpine regions and the related existing rights of lease and preemption thereof. The kind and extension of the cultivation and management shall be carried out according to ecological principles.
These Regulations prescribe the form and content of leases and sub-leases of native land requiring the approval of the Minister under section 10 of the Native Lands Ordinance. Every lease shall be prepared in triplicate in the form set out in Schedule 1 to these Regulations. Sub-leases shall be in the form as the Lands Officer may require.
The present Decree establishes rules as to expropriation and concession of the plots of land of all categories irrespectively of the kind of land tenure, lifelong hereditary possession, private ownership or lease. The plots of land shall be allotted in conformity with the project of the appropriate allotment thereof.
This Regional Law shall be applicable to turnover of agricultural land pertaining to public or municipal property. Privatization of agricultural land pertaining to public and municipal property can be performed 49 years after the date of entry into force of this Regional Law. Distant pastures shall be excluded from privatization.
This Federal Law regulates relations originating from elaboration, conclusion, performance and stopping of concession agreements ensuring protection of rights and legal interests of the participants of concession agreements. Object of concession agreement must be owned by concessor at the moment of conclusion of concession agreement.

This Act makes rules relative to contracts of tenancy of “small holdings” i.e. any parcel of land intended for cultivation or pasturage consisting of not less than one acre nor more than ten acres held under a contract of tenancy.
