The Present Regulation establishes the modalities of the subdivision of the plots of land between the owners of land shares in conformity with the land use planning project as regards land use planning of the area of the land shares.

These Regulations, made by the Minister of Works, Housing and Communications under section 56 of the Condominium Property Act 2001, implement provisions of the Act concerning, among other things, to: registration of condominium plans; subdivision and consolidation of units; the cancellation of condominium plans; and execution and verification of instruments under the Act in accordance with the Registration of Titles Act. The Regulations also prescribe forms for purposes of the Act.

The present Regulation is made under the Land Title Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the subdivision of land. Section 1 establishes that the approving officer may refuse to approve the subdivision plan, if he considers that it does not provide access to the land in the subdivision, or lands dependent upon the subdivided property, or land dependent upon the subdivided property for its sole access by means of an adequate road allowance for a frontage road, service road or local street. The text consists of 2 sections.

This Legislative Decree, composed of 2 articles, authorizes the Government of Pará State to alienate State lands, until 16.000 hectares, to the agro-industrial company “Sococo– Agroindústrias da Amazônia Ltda”.

These Regulations of the Territorial Planning Commission concern design standards and other requirements and criteria for all subdivisions, agriculture subdivisions, lot parcelling, estates of deceased persons and parental subdivisions submitted to the Territorial Planning Commission. The Regulations concern also land survey and registration and specify criteria for improvement plans.

These Regulations contain rules relative to meetings and proceedings of the Subdivision and Development Review Commmittee created by Executive Order 74-23. Powers of the Committee are somehow defined by the definition of the purposes of these Regulations. The Committee shall review development projects and advise the Territorial Planning Commission on subdivisions. The Committee shall in particular review all subdivisions that require improvements, zone changes and major variances by public agencies concerned.

The purpose of these Rules and Regulations is to provide uniform procedures regulating the disposition of government land in the Astumbo Subdivision as defined in Article 4, Chapter 5, 12 GCA.The Regulations specify eligibility requirements for applications for the purchase of a subdivision lot and establish preferences to be given in the selection of purchasers.

The present Regulations lay down provisions relating to the sale of real estate on behalf of municipalities. Furthermore, the Ordinance also applies to parcel of lands and other constructions and facilities subject to requirements of the present Ordinance. Furthermore, the Ordinance also applies to parcel of lands and other constructions and facilities subject to requirements of the present Ordinance. The present Decision provides for the approval of the Land Use Planning and for the development of industrial, touristic, infrastructural and housing projects in order to rehabilitate, recuperate and develop unused, public, agricultural and urban lands.

This Regulation provides for the subdivision of land by units plans, setting the conditions for the subdivision of a parcel under a units, their registration and the management of units plans by owners corporations.
