The Present Regulation establishes the modalities of the subdivision of the plots of land between the owners of land shares in conformity with the land use planning project as regards land use planning of the area of the land shares. Organization of the activity regarding the subdivision and mapping of the plots of land owned by a single agricultural enterprise between the owners of land shares that have submitted application for the allotment thereto the appropriate land shares, shall be carried out in conformity with the decisions by rural, district and city councils and provincial state administration in the place of location of the plots of land. Subdivision of the plots of land shall be carried out on condition of the registration at the owners’ meeting on no less than two thirds of the owners of the plots of land shares or their representatives. Non-allotted (non-requested) plots of land shall be transferred to the rural, district and city councils or provincial state administration for the purpose of conceding them in lease.
