Notamment, l’article 1er établit que sur tout le territoire du canton nul ne peut être fait sans y avoir été autorisé, comme par exemple modifier la configuration d’un terrain, ou. élever en tout ou partie une construction ou une installation, notamment un bâtiment locatif, industriel ou agricole.

The present Law lays down provisions relating to land use planning and construction in the Canton of Lucerne. Article 2 establishes that the competent authorities shall take into account principles of the federal legislation. Nunavik Land Claims Agreement Act (S.C.1993, c. 29 ).

The purpose of the present Act is to ratify, give effect and declare valid the Agreement between the Inuit of the Nunavut Settlement. Area and Her Majesty the Queen in right of Canada. Section 10 decrees that the Nunavut Wildlife Management Board established by the Agreement is hereby constituted as a corporation and, as such, the Board has, for the purposes of carrying out its functions under the Agreement, the capacity, rights, powers and privileges of a natural person.

First Nations Land Management Act (S.C. 1999, c. 24).

The First Nations Land Management Act (FNLMA) was passed by the federal Parliament in 1999 on the initiative of fourteen Indian Act Bands wishing to escape the land management provisions of the Indian Act in order to improve their capacities and opportunities for economic development. The Act provides the term "first nation" meaning an Indian Act band named in a schedule. Additional First Nations may request the Governor-in-Council to have the Act applied to them.

There is hereby established a territory of Canada, to be known as Nunavut, consisting of: a) all that part of Canada north of the sixtieth parallel of north latitude and east of the boundary described in Schedule I that is not within Quebec or Newfoundland; and b) the islands in Hudson Bay, James Bay and Ungava Bay that are not within Manitoba, Ontario or Quebec.

La présente loi met en application la loi fédérale sur l'aménagement du territoire du 22 juin 1979. L’article 4 établit qu’il est institué une commission consultative cantonale pour l'aménagement du territoire qui participe avec le département à la définition du projet de concept de l'aménagement cantonal. Le texte comprend 36 articles répartis en 5 titres comme suit: Introduction (Ier); Planification directrice (II); Plans d'affectation du sol (III); Restrictions de droit public (IV); Dispositions finales et voies de recours (V).

These rules form part of the privatization programme of State-owned lands and aim to restore (at least partially) landownership as it was before nationalization. Rules regarding land redistribution commissions (in Article 4(1) of Law No. IL of 1992, on certain questions pertaining to investment compensation coupons in arable landownership) are to be applied in accordance with the rules of this Law.

The present Ordinance implements the Directive 2009/28/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the promotion of the use of energy from renewable sources of 23 April 2009. In particular, the Law lays down provisions relating to building technology and building equipment, as well as to special environmental, health and energy requirements of buildings. Furthermore, the Law also applies to parcel of lands and other constructions and facilities subject to requirements of the present Law.

The present Act is a piece of companion legislation to the Federal Sechelt Indian Band Self-Government Act and provides for provincial recognition of the Sechelt Indian Government District. The ministry is responsible for section 4, which makes the district eligible for municipal benefits. The rest of the Act is the responsibility of the Ministry of Aboriginal Relations and Reconciliation. The text consists of 8 sections.

The purposes of the present Act are to enable the Sechelt Indian Band to establish and maintain self-government for itself and its members on Sechelt lands and to obtain control over and the administration of the resources and services available to its members. Section 5 establishes that the Sechelt Indian Band is hereby established to replace the Indian Act Sechelt Band.
