The present Treaty Land Entitlement (TLE) Framework Agreement sets out the ways and means that the Parties – Canada, Manitoba and the Treaty Land Entitlement Committee (TLEC), on behalf of the Entitlement First Nations – have agreed to fulfil and satisfy the outstanding land obligations arising from the Treaties between the First Nations and Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Canada. First Nations did not receive the full amount of land that was promised to them by way of their respective Treaties.

The Ministry of Finance now issues guidelines for provision of credits from the State for programmes and projects for use of bare land, degraded hills, forests, alluvial flats, and water bodies within the framework of Decision 327-CT and according to duly approved annual plans: Funds from the State budget are to be provided in the form of credits for basic construction and for non-commercial economic purposes for programmes and projects for the use of bare land, degraded hills, forests, riverine and coastal alluvial flats, and water bodies.

The Committee on land resources and land survey decrees to validate the form of the Model Contract. The document consists of 5 paragraphs. Paragraph 1 determines the object of contract. Paragraph 2 determines the modalities of payment. Paragraph 3 regards clearance of the plot of land destined for sale. Paragraph 4 establishes the commitments of the parties. Paragraph 5 lays down the conclusive provisions. The document contains annotations.

Law No. 7715 amending Land Law No. 7501 establishing land leasing.

The purpose of this Order is to modify Order No. 102 on the grounds of abrogation of the Ministerial Decree of the Russian Federation No. 475 of 1996 regarding the validation of the Regulation on the framework and the modality of keeping up of cadastre numbers of real estate and Regulation on the filling in the forms of state registration of real estate and the contracts with it.

The Mayor-President of the Government of St.Petersburg, for the purpose of ensuring the right of citizens to allotment on condition of ownership of the plots of land for individual housing, gardening and summer cottage construction orders as follows : 1). Chiefs of district administration are authorized to validate the measures and the boundaries of the plots of land with due regard for urban planning documentation at the presentation of the Committee on Land Resources and Land Survey. 2).

Nunavik Inuit Land Claims Agreement Act (S.C. 2008, c. 2).

The present Act approves the Nunavik Inuit Land Claims Agreement. “Agreement” means the Land Claims Agreement between the Nunavik Inuit and Her Majesty The Queen in Right of Canada, signed on December 1, 2006, including any amendments made to it. Section 7 establishes that for the purposes of carrying out their objectives, the Nunavik Marine Region Wildlife Board, the Nunavik Marine Region Planning Commission and the Nunavik Marine Region Impact Review Board established by the Agreement each have the capacity, rights, powers and privileges of a natural person.
